Inga av deras produkter har levt upp till en rimlig standard

En värmefilt och en värmedyna har hållit väldigt kort tid. Går sönder direkt. Köpte ett massagebälte som kom defekt. Fick en ny men sparade den gamla. Tur var väl det, för inom några veckor hade de underdimensionerade kugghjulen gått sönder, men jag kunde laga den med delar från den defekta. Nu har även den gått sönder.

Anledningen till att jag skriver nu är att jag kastat köksvågen i golvet. Värdelös produkt. Vid en mätning visar den 330 g. Vid den andra 220 g. Det är en stor skillnad mellan de måtten när man bakar.

Deras produkter är undermåliga, dåligt designade och ogenomtänkta. De är ej funktionstestade varken innan de lämnar prototypstadiet eller fabrik.

Köp ingenting från Beurer. De lever på sitt goda rykte från förr, då produkterna var dugliga. I dag är det lågkvalitetsprodukter som presterar under en billig kinapryl för 1/3 av priset.

Köp ingenting av dem. Ett företag som lurar sina kunder på det här viset förtjänar inga.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. I purchased the "Infrared Beurer wellbeing massager"

I am located in USA product comes from UK and requires a US adapter which I had to purchase separately. When I plugged it in and turned it on the infrared did not even heat up. I tried the trouble shooting still nothing.

I contacted customer service, with several emails on troubleshooting, which still did not work.

**Return for full refund requires original box and packaging which got thrown out. I have the box but not the plastic or prong cover.

I can't recommend this company or their product since item was defective out of the box.

Save your money shop local to where you live.
Even walmart and amazon accept refunds no questions no problem.

This product I am out the money & item going in the garbage. Luckily the adaptor was purchased on amazon and I already got my refund for that.

Bought the tapping infra red massager SENSATIONAL

Bought the tapping infra red massager with removeable handle from Amazon. The force of this massager has blown me away. Its sensational. The removable handle is genious and to have the infra red heat along with the force is for me an out of this world experience using this massager. There is nothing out there even close to this. I use it everyday and this massager has made a real difference to my life in dealing with pain.

TENS EM50 doesn't work

I was excited to use this product for my endometriosis pain but it was a massive disappointment. The heat element is very localised so you can't use it long without it burning a strip of your skin. The TENS feature helped my pain but the device stopped turning on after a few months. It has completely stopped working. They don't do replacements or free refunds (you have to pay to ship your broken item to them). They instead launch an 'investigation' which isn't helpful as it takes up to four weeks. I couldn't wait this long as Endometriosis is debilitating without a TENS machine so I have already bought another one. Do yourself a favour and buy from another brand. Ones that have a separate controller are a lot more practical anyway.

We understand your urgency and respect your decision to purchase another device. However, without following our return process, we cannot assist further. Despite our repeated requests for you to return the device to us for inspection, you have chosen not to do so.

I have been using a Beurer steam…

I have been using a Beurer steam vaporising for the last year. A few weeks ago I ran into a problem using the device and needed assistance. I contacted Beurer UK and received a prompt response from a lady in customer service called Carmela. She was very helpful and understanding in finding a solution. I'm back using the vaporiser now and very pleased with the service I received.

Always helpful and up to now it's been easy to order spare parts (controller) for electric blanket (which was an excellent buy, 8 yrs ago)

Excellent after-sales service

I had an issue with my electric blanket, which had stopped working, so I reached out to their customer service. Carmela replied by informing me that the blanket was still under guaranteed and asked me to send it back for inspection. After their checking, they sent me a new one. The entire process was smooth. Carmela responded promptly and the case was handled efficiently.
I want to extend a special thank you to her for the excellent after-sales service for making the experience so positive.

Simply Carmela, first class customer service agent 🙏

I'd had to return an item via Amazon however Amazon had directed me to the manufacturer as it was outside of the 30 day window. Fortunately the customer service agent, Carmela, advised that my purchase had a 12 month warranty and she provided clear instructions on how to navigate the Amazon site to ensure I understood how to achieve this . I was delighted as I was able to contact and received a full refund. Perfect 👍

NON RECOMMANDAGLE

Achat d'un digital tens EM 59 HEAT qui rapidement ne fonctionne plus (environ 20 utilisations) . Retour sur le site d'achat et remplacement. Problème intervenant encore plus rapidement (environ une dizaine d'utilisations). Contact avec le SAV France qui m'avise devoir changer régulièrement les patchs, je que je pratique, et il conviendrait pareillement de changer les électrodes....D'une part, cette information n'est à aucun moment relayée et si tant est même que cela soit pertinent, les électrodes devraient être remplacés avec un séquencement quasi identique à celui des patchs!! L'usage de ce produit deviendrait plus qu'onéreux. D'autre part, le remplacement des patchs ne s'avère guère aisé.
Je veux porter réclamation et le SAV incompétent en la matière, me suggère de prendre attache avec la maison mère en Allemagne avec le nom de Mr Wels Gunther. Courrier adressé le 22 avril mais sans aucun retour à ce jour.
Non seulement l'utilisation de ce produit est fortement contestable mais de surcroit le client est traité avec indifférence, voire mépris. Inconcevable pour une marque comme BEURER!

Habe 2020 ein Gerät IPL gekauft, das schnell kaputt ging. Zweites Gerät auch defekt. Kundenservice meinte, Garantie abgelaufen, kein Geld zurück. Werde hier nicht mehr kaufen.

Acheté 2 spots Philips HUE sur leur site Beurer (hairdryersales.com) pour 204 €. Reçu 2 mois plus tard une paire de Rayban contrefaite. Après quelques échanges de mails au début, plus rien, ma commande a même été effacée de mon compte.

Merce non ricevuta e nessuna assistenza.
Per fare un regao ho acquiststo un loro prodotto direttamentr dal sito convinta di poter ottenere la migliore assistenza. L'acquisto é stato effettuato il 12 maggio e risulta spedito il 13/5. Tutto faceva presupporre che mi arrivasse per tempo. Seguo il tracking e in data 22/5 vedo che la spedizione da ormai 4 gironi é ferma in una città che non é la mia. Il pomeriggio controllo se c'è stata una qualche evoluzione e con mio grande stupore verifico che il pacco risulta ck segnato con mia firma in tale città. Li contatto sh instagram ( unico contatto utile visto che dal numero assistenza sul sito rispondono solo in tedesco) e non ricevo alcun supporto e solo indicazioni di far riferimento al corriere. Evidenzio che il corriere non risponde a nessuno dei contatti. Ho provato a scrivere di nuovo ma al momento non mi rispondono e io non ho la merce seppure pagata!

Excellent customer service

I contacted the company as there was a part missing to one of their products I ordered on Amazon. After sending proof of purchase the company immediately offered to send the replacement part free of charge.
