Purchased a 1 carat VS1 clarity enhanced engagement ring. The diamond had very visible carbon spots and fractures. There was also a loose accent diamond. Spoke with rep at Beverly Diamonds and he reiterated the company's support of customer satisfaction and provided details on how to mail the ring to them for review and hopefully replacement.
After some initial issues with delivery of the ring to Beverly Diamonds, they did receive it and upgraded the diamond to a beautiful clarity. I am happy with the end result.

The rep for Beverly diamonds named Amanda was phenomenal with her service, very precise and went to work to get me the best deal on what's going to be an excellent customized ring, i can't wait to see the finished product, thank you again for such quality customer service!
