So many options! I love their sales. Conveniently located.

I have a membership at BevMo, and I enjoy the 5-cent sale wines. I also purchase wine that is discounted by 10% when I buy six bottles. I end up paying less than half the already reasonable prices. The service is friendly. Browsing the aisles is very intersesting!

I was asked to scan my ID after providing it to the employee when asked. They said it was "Store Policy" however the 3 customers ahead of me were not asked to present the same ID or asked to scan their ID. If you cant figure out where this is going the customers ahead of me were all Caucasian. The employee asked for the manager when i confronted him about the policy. I decided not to wait , not to make the purchase or ever return to this store or tis company ever again. I called the store when I returned home to confront the manager, the employee who was at the store said he was one of the store managers when I confronted him, he said let me get the store manager, who then came and hung up on me. This is the day an age of extremely poor customer service and companies that shouldn't be in business long due to their practices and their horrible employees. I will never shop here ever again don't waste your time or money here especially if you don't want to support their policies to PROFILE PEOPLE.

I contacted them cause doordash said it's there fault and won't refund my money they literally dropped my order off and walked away when I said it was wrong the driver dropped my receipt and left the support told me contact doordash they just keep handing up don't ever ever order from bevmo!!!!
