Beyours doesn't entertain returns. I was a repeat customer. But when I returned an item, they rejected the return request on mail without giving reason. Please avoid

I ordered aircargo but they hasnt dispatch the product after 20 days they are saying it will take more 10 days to dispatch the product. Completely waste of money.

Recently bought their jacket priced 3k. Got in sale at 50% off. But the quality and product design is not worth 3k. Also could not return. Only exchange was available. But the worst part is they have hidden my review on their website. That is the reason they have do not have many low ratings.

Beyors is the best Men's clothing brand

They don't make it easy for returns, its disappointing . No returns for on sale items its nonsense . Ordered 3 trousers (L : SIZE) and all have different waist size . Very disappointed. Promising brand without customer satisfaction doesn't end well . Stay away from this , there are other good brands with good value for your money .

Ordered it a week later it was never despatched its fraud scam account is paid under different name.. got it refund asap disappointed never again

The Hoodie is really nice but when I ordered sweatpants, what I got was a disaster, okay I understand that the cloth is of good quality but the colour and size, none were what I ordered.
But THE PROBLEM STARTS when I ordered for an exchange, IT'S BEEN A FULL WEEK since I filed for it and THERE HAS BEEN NO RESPONSE FROM THEM...AT ALL!
I even mailed them consistently, but still no response whatsoever.
NEVER BEEN THIS DISAPPOINTED!

Order hasnt been dispatched even after a week. Customer service completely deserted the chat when asked for a refund.
Totally a fake company. Pls dont buy from here, your money will be lost

I recently ordered the Thunder Blue Classic Shirt and couldn't be happier with my purchase. The fit is fantastic, and the fabric looks premium. I initially made a mistake with my order, but the customer care team was incredibly accommodating and quickly resolved the issue. Overall, I am very pleased with the product and have already placed an order for four more Classic Shirts.

The cloth quality was quite good. The only problem was regarding the metal aglets. They came off very early. Rest was good.

The collection and prices of the product is good. But the sizes are an issue. I usually wear waist 32, which is size M according to their site. However, even size L is a little tight. Plus the logistics and tracking are an issue. A product got delivered to me, but for 2 days their site showed "not delivered". Because of this, I wasn't able to place an exchange/return request.

The quality which stands out the same from all other standards.. my half of the wardrobe has beyours list

Uniqueness in your products with decent quality. Keep adding new options and colors with competitive pricing.

It faded in one sundry. The steel knob was untied to the string.
Just the fit is good.

The return policy is not easy and in this era of a clock of a button solutions, who wait for an email response resolution to exchange the size.
You guys are making it complicated to make more money.
Your team doesn't respond on time on email and there is no proper return / exchange support and I ended keeping all the 3 pants ordered and waste of money because of this.
Never ordering or suggesting your products ever.
Additionally, each pant fits differently even if it's of the same size which means there's no consistency

Worst fitting of cargos ever. Unfriendly refund policy.

While the company's products initially offered good value, recent price increases have made them less attractive. Additionally, the decline in delivery and post-sales service quality has been disappointing. These factors have unfortunately led me to stop placing orders with them.
