Bought the I.P.E Pro+ device for my villa 2years ago, the device has dried out all the walls and I no longer have any bubbling of paint and saltpeter coming out of my walls. Very happy with the device.

Sans remettre en cause la qualité du produit on peut regretter que la société BFL ne fasse pas mention de prix conseillé ou prix public maximum car leurs produits peuvent être re-vendus par des vendeurs peu scrupuleux n'hésitant pas à faire souscrire des crédits consommations à des personnes âgées Le coût total est alors 7 à 8 fois celui que l'on trouve sur internet.

Excellent service personnalisé avec une grande attention aux détails, une réponse rapide et des conseils utiles pour l'installation des produits. Merci en particulier à Hugo Ouvrard pour son service client exemplaire. Hautement recommandé.

Mon problème d'humidité a été pris au sérieux par des interlocuteurs très à l'écoute, et les explications données en amont claires et utiles.
J'ai été bien guidé dans le choix de l'appareil, la livraison a été rapide et le suivi pour le montage et l'utilisation s'est déroulé pas à pas, avec beaucoup de réactivité et des explications limpides et utiles quand cela était nécessaire. Je suis extrêmement satisfait de l'achat et de l'encadrement qui l'a suivi!

In Athens, Greece there are many springs underground in the city. Buildings damaged by rising damp are quite numerous.

I have had proposals for several tens of thousands of euros requiring very substantial masonry work. But I was not convinced by the effectiveness because I understood that my rising damp came from the foundations of my building, which in principle cannot be modified.

I had other options, notably electro-osmosis, which is more affordable and has proven itself.

Finally, my research led me to the company BFL Internationnale. Its IPE system which reverses the polarity of water molecules convinced me.

It took 10 long months to see the result. During the period, I contacted BFL Internationale several times. I have always been welcomed with patience and professionalism. Today my walls are dry and that's a relief.

I called on BFL International for a damp problem in my house, and I couldn't be happier with the current result. Very effective technology for capillary rise, I recommend it!

I would recommend this company, which has helped me a lot in the realisation of my projects, with very clear videos explaining how to install the device!

Following my call to BFL International, I was able to better understand my damp problem and the need for professional diagnosis to confirm that my problem was indeed linked to capillary rise.
BFL referred me to a company specialising in damp treatment, who came to my home to carry out a precise diagnosis and find a suitable solution by installing an I.P.E 32.
The I.P.E was installed on 18/02/2021 and following a follow-up visit by the company a year later, we were able to confirm together that my walls had dried out.
I can therefore recommend BFL International and confirm the effectiveness of their I.P.E 32!

It's now been nearly 6 months since the unit was installed in my home (14/06/2023) and everything seems to be going according to plan. The change is already significant and the customer service team is always on hand to answer any questions we have. Given that we haven't yet achieved complete drying out, I won't be able to give my opinion on the efficiency of the IPE 12 from A to Z.

This in no way changes the professionalism of the customer service, great!

It all started when saltpetre appeared in the living room, so I decided to call in several companies specialised in rising damp and they all recommended DPC injection (ranging from 10 000 € to 18 000 € to treat the all house: 120m2) which involved drilling holes in all my walls.

A friend of mine told me about Polarity Inverters and recommended BFL, which managed to solve my rising damp problem with a most cost effective and easier way

From initial contact, the service was good and responsive with my enquiries.
We have installed our device and seems to be working very well, installation and instructions very easy to follow.
