Great team and really nice neat installation. Highly recommended

I had an extractor fan fitted by Helios, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They came out really quickly, assessed everything, and had the fan installed efficiently and professionally. The whole process was smooth, and I appreciated how punctual and friendly they were. Highly recommend!

The guy's turned up prompt and explained what they were going to do. They then started the installation of Inverter and battery. When it was time to turn off the electricity, they politely rang door bell and gave me 10 mins notice as requested. After installation the system was explained and demonstrated and any questions were answered. All in all a great experience, nice guy's and a professional job. Very happy, Thanks Helios.

The team at Helios Electrical & Solar provided a fantastic service from start to finish. They price-matched a previous quote and impressed us with their professionalism and knowledge. Unlike other companies, they conducted a thorough site survey, addressing the challenge of trenching for our detached garage battery setup. The installation team were polite and tidy, even adding two extra panels on the day. We're very happy with the top-quality panels and the excellent results we're seeing. The only slight delay was with the DNOs certificate for grid exporting, but that's standard. Highly recommend

I wasn't sure exactly what I needed for my solar set up with but I was given several options to look at by Nick. After some fine tuning a decision was made and I was booked in much quicker than expected.
The scaffolding was up within a few days and then Matt and Jordan arrived to fit the system. They were both really friendly and very knowledgeable so it was a pleasure to have them around for a few days.
The installation was fantastic, everything very tidy and I am extremely happy with my panels and battery.
Helios gave me excellent service from start to finish and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to get work done.
The whole team work really well together to provide excellent customer service.

Helios was one of the only companies around that responded to my request for the relocating of my Inverter and battery and to add a battery to the system. Their response was quick and efficient. A team member came round and carried out a site survey, and a quotation was issued. On the day, their representatives were polite, efficient, and effective in their work. The work took the day, but at the end of that day, the system was relocated and working perfectly. Many thanks to the team!

The installation was completed over two days with exceptional workmanship, and they left the property clean and tidy. The entire process was professionally managed from start to finish.
