WARNING – NOT RECOMMENDED!

We traveled on February 5th based on a previously confirmed offer (including photos, email, and WhatsApp communication) to the BHT Klinik – and were extremely disappointed.

My husband was operated on in the Floria clinic. The conditions there were completely unacceptable: dirty rooms, very poor hygiene, and terrible care. There wasn’t even drinking water available on the ward. The staff was hardly present, and my husband was practically left alone after the surgery.

In my case, it was even worse: According to the offer, I was supposed to receive trifocal Alcon lenses, which was confirmed in writing and with photos. Once we arrived, they suddenly wanted to use cheaper lenses and demanded more money. I did not agree to that.

Nevertheless, I was operated on the next day – and later in Germany it turned out that instead of the agreed trifocal Alcon lenses, EDOF lenses were implanted – without my knowledge and without my consent!

For me, this is nothing less than deception.

Since then, I have been trying to contact the clinic:
No response, no documents, no eye measurements, no confirmation – NOTHING.
Although I was promised that I would receive all documents within four weeks, more than two months have now passed.

Conclusion:
Unprofessional, unreliable, and absolutely not trustworthy.
Anyone who goes here is taking a big risk.

I strongly warn everyone:
Stay away from this clinic!

Tuve una experiencia absolutamente excelente en esta clínica en Turquía. Desde el primer momento, el trato fue cercano, amable y muy profesional. Me realicé una abdominoplastia, mastopexia y liposucción, y no podría estar más satisfecha con los resultados.
El equipo médico demuestra un nivel de profesionalidad increíble, transmitiendo confianza en cada paso del proceso. Las instalaciones son impecables, con un nivel de limpieza y cuidado que realmente marca la diferencia.
Quiero destacar especialmente la atención recibida por todo el personal: siempre atentos, resolviendo cualquier duda y haciéndome sentir cómoda en todo momento. El servicio ha sido de primera calidad, superando todas mis expectativas.
Sin duda, recomiendo esta clínica al 100% a cualquier persona que esté pensando en realizarse algún procedimiento estético. Ha sido una de las mejores decisiones que he tomado.

Service is amazing hospital Room better than the Hotel. And the personal is very attentive. My wife is here but I’m coming bk for myself. ✅✅✅✅✅

Best possible place to take care of your health in Istanbul at very affordable prices , excellent service and attention to the patients permanent contact with the representative of the hospital ,before going to BHT I have done my homework and I found that the hospital.and medical staff are some of the best you can get . Sajedeh was amazing she look after me exemplary .

Me llamo Estrella estoy aun en BHT HOSPITAL por cirugía estética de lipo de brazos lipo 360 bbl y aumento de senos y tengo que decir que la atención me ha sorprendido enormemente el doctor Cem tiene manos de ángel el personal de enfermeras es altamente calificado y atento a las necesidades de los pacientes me he sentido excesivamente cuidada y atendida cosa que me encanta recomiendo este hospital a toda persona que esté pensando en realizarse cualquier cirugía estarán en excelentes manos principalmente si llegan con Mona coordinadora súper atenta y especial ….verdaderamente estoy teniendo una experiencia muy bonita llegué con mucho miedo pero me amiga arropado como si fuera una bebé…. Lo digo una y otra vez no duden en venir BHT es lo mejor de lo mejor ❤️.

I had no comment more than we enjoy to work with a good teams, can i almost absorbing many wandering work style even in a hard time .

Fantastic experience friendly staff very helpful, brilliant translator. Me and my daughter have been made to feel very welcome, safe and looked after. Highly recommended 👍

The clinic was so clean and well organized. The staff was very polite and guided me well through out my appointment. The doctors are great and honest at their care. Overall the clinic was great with their services. Would recommend
