Group consultation was actually a great way to listen to and share experience with other women... Also a great way to share the cost. The treatment plan was very detailed, i shared it with my GP who was very impressed with it and changed my HRT prescription as a result. Happy with the service so far

The group consultation was not intimidating, it was good to hear other experiences of perimenopause symptoms and how treatments vary around the UK.
I even got a phone call for additional information prior to my GP letter being written, after the consultation.

However, it was fine sharing experiences. This is a high quality programme that provides thorough information about physiological and mental processes that happen around the time a woman goes through menopause. It was just what I needed to better understand any symptoms and be prepared for what possibly lies ahead. Though every woman of a certain age may experience certain symptoms, it’s still not really talked about. By normalising menopause, biacare is empowering women to take good care of themselves. I highly recommend this programme.

I attended a Bia Care 12-week Menopause Programme. The programme was so comprehensive and covered all aspects of menopause including sessions with experts - health coach, GP, dietitian, physio. Delivered within a small group. Excellent - would highly recommend

I learned a lot during my journey with Bia Care. I felt empowerment understanding my symptoms and being able to face them in a different, more positive manner.
I truly raccomend their support during menopause, it made me feel less lonely and more understood.

I really found the sessions very interesting, good to hear from experts but also to hear other womens' experiences. The symptom tracker was helpful to me. The sheer variety of symptoms - surprised me! Also found that the breathing exercises immediately calmed me down - I felt sleepy and relaxed! I know quite a lot about diet and lifestyle but I still learned new things from the experts - very empowering. Felt energised by the sessions and loved the variety of ways to learn - from watching short video clips by experts at a time to suit us, interacting with each other on the session or hearing our questions answered by experts.

I had a great experience on the Bia Care menopause programme. Excellent speakers and a great group of women to share experiences. I learnt some new things and was reminded of things I had forgotten. The sessions at the end of the working day fitted in nicely with my schedule. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have been part of the pilot.
