A delicate design in the room of my own
Happy to have found a special vase with one of my favorite novels. Persuasion is a delicate design which melts in 'the room of my own' aka my study.

Beauty and the Beast
I bought the Beauty and the Beast vase for my daughter. It is such a unique gift and I know she will not have anything like it. She loves to read and has several bookcases full of books. Beauty and the Beast is also her favorite story and this will go great with her collection.
The vase arrived in a timely manner and looks better than I expected. She will absolutely love it. Thanks, Irene.

Non responsive customer service
Placed an order as a gift, entered the delivery address in Wisconsin into the order and it showed accurately. When I completed checkout, the interface with Shop switched it to an incorrect address in New Mexico. I got an email requesting address confirmation, and replied to get it corrected. Emailed and called all addresses to get it fixed, with no luck.
Customer service is not good.

Dear Scott,
Thank you so much for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the confusion and frustration you experienced with the delivery address. We did receive your email and updated the shipping address to Wisconsin right away. It’s possible our confirmation email went to your spam folder, and we apologize if that added to the concern.
We’re happy to share that your order has now been successfully delivered! We’d greatly appreciate it if you could confirm when you have a moment. If you're happy with everything, it would mean a lot to our small team if you’d consider updating your review—every bit of support helps us grow.
Thank you for your understanding!

Irene seems to be a very thoughtful and loving person. I bought the Beauty and The Beast vase for my sister who lives across the country from me. My sister loves the vase and was in tears because of it. Being able to find something that has a special meaning to my sister and myself and was able to ship it to her means a lot. I plan on getting a Gone With the Wind vase for my mom.

Dracula Vase
Irene, the lovely founder of Biblio Bloom, provided clear communication throughout the order and delivery process of my purchase and reached out once my order had arrived to gather my feedback on what I had ordered and to ensure it was as expected. I was impressed with the personal touch of genuine follow up. I just love my Dracula vase, it is sooooo cool and I can't wait to style it with some black roses for my office space.

A unique reminder of a favourite book.…
Throughout I was kept informed of the progress of my order, which arrived promptly. The vase was very carefully packed. I am delighted with the style and quality of the vase, which is now displayed prominently in my living room. It is a great depiction of the Gothic nature of 'Dracula' and I love having it as a visual reminder of one of my favourite books. A distinctive, unique book related item at a very reasonable price.

Beauty and the Beast Large Vase
I ordered Beauty and the Beast. The time it took to ship was reasonable and when it arrived I was amazed by the quality. There were some spots where the design seemed to be chipped. I emailed the company and they got back to me quickly. Sent them the photos and was able to get a new vase free of charge. Highly recommend.
