2nd order from Greywind. This time black out panels for slider in MBR.
Measure twice, order once.

Will order again from this company for future window covering needs.

Graywind Customer Service is outstanding. I ordered 2 different vertical blinds for my living/dining rooms and installed them myself. The dining room went up flawlessly and the quality of the materials was perfect. The second set was for a custom sized set of sliding doors that needed some assembly. Once I got everything together and installed, I realized the motor only opened the blinds by remote... Well after a back and forth conversation with C.S. they showed me how to reset the motor. This fixed the issue and now the wife is happy!!!

Amazing I like the company that emails you to make sure that you properly measured they let you know if there’s any issues. I will definitely shop at the store again.

I had some concerns about the measurements for our patio sliding glass door. Between emails and phone calls with photos of our project sent back and forth, we were able to verify the requirements. They worked with me to get exactly what we needed. Thanks Shelly. Very happy with the customer service team.

I was somewhat skeptical about measuring on my own and ordering online. However, this was a great decision. The blinds were very professionally packaged, arrived quickly and the instructions for installation were very clear. I love the solar option we ordered. Absolutely perfect!

Your replacement remote is extremely difficult for a person who has little experience with this type of product.
The pairing is time consuming let alone confusing. The programming, we’ll let me say I have yet been able to get it to accept my desired commands considering that there are absolutely no manual nor instructions of how to execute the commands.
While your product is convenient to have, if your remote doesn’t work then a customer has no way to access and control the product.
A reliable and clearly printed manual would have been better than having to look for information on the internet or ChatGPT. Unfortunately as we like and enjoy our purchase it is very unlikely that we would purchase again due to the lack of information provided by your company

The company had an error on their end and canceled my order and told me if I wanted it I needed to pay 4 times the original amount I had paid for!!!! Negative stars if I could

These curtains are exceptional. My husband and his brother were able to watch the videos to install them and then I was able to hook them up to our Google home. We purchased them for our bedroom 3 years ago, and then again - purchased them for my father-in-law's living room. He is astounded that they open and close automatically every day. We wanted the double rods (sheers on the inside and then curtains on the outside) and we worked with customer service to create exactly what we needed. For the cost - these are absolutely worth every penny.

Shades were delivered with no damage. Shades were wrapped in the center with paper that said “do not remove until installed”; however, the installation instructions said to remove the foam and activate the battery which could not be done without removing the paper. Had difficulty getting the shades to lock into the mounting brackets. Design needs improvement. Overall, my customer was quite pleased with the three motorized top down-bottom up shades and operation of the remote control.

Graywind was wonderful. The products are nice and the colors are exactly like the samples. When I had problems programming, they set arrange a phone call meeting and we got everything straight. Great job Graywind!
