We have contacted you right after your first email, tried to explain the reason why not all parcel are provided with tracking numbers. However, all product are to be delivered to your address.
Main reason for your negative review was the fact as we have not replied to your requests, yet we have provided full correspondence transcript.
We asked you kindly to remove negative reviews that do not present real situation, just your subjective opinion. We answer to all our customer and use only polite and appropriate tone.

Often items can be sold on other platforms and become unavailable but we are issuing full refunds immediately. All items we run on Bids.com have their real images and we send items of exact variation customer wins but if requested we can also edit variations and send update item to customer.
As for bidding, all process is fully automated and we can't intervene in any matter, once placed, bid is countered and shown in real time.
