To be honest great price and after care service exemplary

We were very impressed with the service we received when we ordered our two large bi-folding doors and the professionalism of the fitters. After 8 months solid use we noticed that one of the seals was showing light through it. Emailed company and they dispatched fitters from London within two days (we live in North Wales!) who quickly fixed the issue with no mess or fuss - now that is what I call good service.

They were very kind, helpful and professional. The way the team helped us and handle our order was more than we could ever imagine. We had a bereavement and it was tricky to organise things ( we needed the doors for when our guests came so we could use that room. ) They were so understanding and made this so easy that we didn’t even have to worry.

We needed the bi-fold doors for our conservatory and they fitted them quickly and efficiently with care. Imran was a great help to us as well as the guys who fitted them.

They’re very professional and the doors look great. They’re of great German quality and a very good price. These were actually a second set that we bought. They’re wonderful floor to ceiling and open up so smoothly.

We will be buying from them again and definitely advising our friends and family to. Our neighbours have also ordered theirs from them too.

I would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending bifold door factory for Windows doors etc they are professional and reasonable thank you so much for the quick turnaround on the doors and fitting I am so happy the fitters where fantastic nice to see frames fitted properly truly happy customer

I had two sets of doors fitted so the cost of the doors was over half my budget for the whole project !
It was very important that I made the right decision.
I had a few quotes and did a few more online, I phoned bifolddoorfactory with a few questions and had great sales and customer support.
The whole process from ordering to survey to fitting was perfect, quick and affordable!
I am delighted with the look, quality and useability of the doors.

Excellent company. Very patient with me from the start, gave me all the info I asked for, answered all my queries with no issues at all. Survey came to suit me and the installers were in and out with no mess or issue. Doors look lovely, open smoothly, given advise on how to look after them, can't fault a thing. The only issue I have is I had them fitted in winter and now can't wait till the summer, but that wasn't their fault lol. Would deff recommend to everyone.

The Bi-folding Door Factory is a 5* company, I cannot fault the service I have received from them and can highly recommend this company.

Great bifolding doors that give us an amazing outlook on our garden. Very good quality, having chosen the more expensive German version.

However the email communications from the company leave a lot to be desired. Use of wording, red font and underlined text when stating how much was to paid and when, was not good communications.
Also, the fitters while fitting quickly and efficiently, left glue patches over our patio slabs which cannot be removed!

Improved communication and a full clear up would gain 5 stars.

Great service from start to finish.
Fitters were excellent, even arrived a day early to accommodate me so I can attend a wedding on the planned day of fitting.

Lovely door, surveyor was great , his recommendations were perfect and it allowed us to have what we always wanted. Customer service has been brilliant too, no issues getting through to anyone .. thanks guys

In an industry not renowned for giving great service these guys are incredibly professional and take pride in doing a perfect job. Thoroughly recommended!

Everyone at the bifoldingdoorfactory has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. They have kept to their deadlines & the aluminium bifolds & windows are high spec and excellent quality. The installation team were very efficient and we are delight. We would highly recommend them.

Great company to do business with. The acid test is how a company reacts when thing do not go according to plan and my experience is that they did all in the powers to sort any issues as quickly as they arose. They also provided a small refund when the actual measurements meant less glazing than the estimate. Would definatly use them again. Love my doors!
