Bait and switch, surprise charge at end…

The test was sensitive to the test taker. It also included a few meaningful encouraging and motivating observations along the way.

But it was a rip off, first day take $1.99 for “results“ then they want another $19, so it’s a switch and bait system which initially was stated to be “free“.
So I therefore change from four stars to zero stars !!!
What they are doing is not only immoral, but probably illegal !

I never received the quote “results”, so it was a complete waste of time.

The person who recommended this test I respect!

I hate being forced to leave a reviews. They don't provide you with the summary and they dont care enough to get things right.

Interesting test

Classicx unethical Bait and Switch portal. Says test is free - then charges. Unethical and petty!!

I spend all my time doing that Big 5 test, and I pay for it, but I cannot see or find my results!!!!

Didn’t like how the costs were hidden. It felt deceiving.

And where the heck is my digital insights? I haven’t received an email yet and I thought it said I would receive it within 2 mins?

It should be a legal obligation to be transparent about price before you start these ’free’ ‘quizzes’. Very very annoying.
Otherwise the test was interesting.

It was quick, insightful, and not top expensive.
