We store your products, pick and pack orders, dispatch the same day for orders by 14:00, ship them with the courier your customer picks at checkout and handle returns, all from one system. Terrible, avoid at all costs!
Overcharged me on invoices and invoices from their other locations were never created. They cancelled my orders without fair warning, I lost drop shippers because of it. They put their business before yours. Months of battles, had to hire lawyers. Big mistake working with this company. Many better options out there.
Kupiłam zestaw miniaturek perfum. Odesłałam. Do dnia dzisiejszego nie otrzymałam ani zwrotu towaru ani pieniędzy. Pisałam kilka razy. Zakupy opłaciłam blikiem 21 kwietnia. Adres support&bigarena.sk

BigArena jest firmą logistyczną (fulfillment): przechowujemy i wysyłamy towary w imieniu sklepów internetowych. Nie jesteśmy sprzedawcą tych perfum i nie obsługujemy płatności klientów, dlatego zwrot pieniędzy realizuje sklep, w którym zrobiła Pani zakupy. Been working with Big Arena for 4 years now. We sell through them in multiple Eastern / Central European countries.
They provide excellent performance. Both in terms of fulfillment speed & precision, but also when it comes to solving issues and improving their services based on suggestions.
I like that when I communicate with their team, my issues are taken seriously and they manage to come up with a solution fast.
Their platform is the best I've seen and they constantly improve it.

The prices for shipments all over Europe are great. The locations of their 3PL's are great as well which allows for fast delivery all over Europe and their integration tracks everything importnat on our Shopify store!
