We recently used this company for the first time and it won’t be the last! From the very beginning the service we received from Tyler was second to none. He did not have the bag we wanted in stock but took it upon himself to source another similar bag and emailed me the details out of the blue. I was surprised and very impressed and ended up ordering the bag he had sourced for us. Our graphics were checked and the bags arrived a few days later. Perfect!

I worked with Tyler on my project. He was quick to respond to my requests for information and implement changes, making for a most efficient realisation.

I needed to source a bespoke books, Ross Robinson was amazing in sending a free sample, supporting me with getting the right graphics. in general nothing was too much trouble for him. The bespoke books arrived within days, are perfect and look like a very high end product but the price point was very reasonable.

Ross has always provided excellent support when working with Big Bear Promo. He responds promptly, is professional and friendly, and has great product knowledge. He always makes the ordering process as smooth and easy as possible.

We ordered some customised items via big bear promo for a business activation/launch. We had indicated the approximate time frame we would need this for and were reassured this would be no issue, and also expected this to be fine as the lead time on the website was well within the lead time.
The order was then confirmed to be scheduled for delivery much later than originally expected - only after I had chased for updates. I was reassured this revised date would be improved upon, and then never heard back (the person was on holiday and there was clearly no handover). I continued to chase and was then confirmed the new date (6th May, still around 2 weeks after we had expected delivery) would be the best that they could do.
I then discovered (after again chasing, this time for the tracking information) that it was scheduled for delivery on 8th of May - a further delay with no explanation nor proactive communcations.

Extremely poor service, not proactive, and there delivery time frames on their website are completely misleading. This is also by their own admission - given their awareness that these are not accurate, it is quite shocking that they have not decided to simply update them.

Would not recommend.

Callum Burton was excellent from start to finish. Super fast communication, artwork and approval with no issues. I read the reviews online before I contacted Big Bear Promo and not only would I use again but would recommend. I cannot wait for my order to arrive!
