Possibly the best customer service I’ve ever had. Daniel at Instantprint was so friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout. Everything was dealt with quickly and clearly, and it genuinely made a difference. I’ll definitely be a loyal customer from now on.

Very quick responses from Becky, Hannah and Daniel. They were very friendly and helpful.

I received some ridiculous quotes for flyers and business cards. I was recommended to print shops locally, and online. I encountered one company that proposed a charge of £100 to 'redesign' my flyers into a different format to enhance the quality. Meanwhile, I tested a small batch with Instantprint. As a novice at designing marketing material I appreciated the (free) support from the design team. The business cards arrived very slightly late but I had factored in extra time and so the delay was unimpactful. They kept me up to date with changes etc., Second time ordering I tried leaflets. Delivered on time. Again, I received great support from the design team. I have to say my business cards and leaflets are amazing quality. They are exactly how I imagined them. Really good quality, customer service is excellent and the price, in my opinion, is exceptionally reasonable. I order the velvet mid-grade with foil and I probably have the best flyers in the world :)

I ordered an A5 booklet on 04/03 for an event scheduled on Saturday 14/03. The delivery was planned for Wednesday 11/03, which should have been more than enough time.

However, at 01:30 AM on Wednesday, I received an email saying they had “encountered an issue and certain jobs had missed the courier cut-off time.”

I contacted customer service and was told that the booklets had not yet gone into production, but that my order would be dispatched the next working day.

The following night, again at 01:30 AM, I received another “order delayed” email with exactly the same explanation.

I contacted customer service again and spoke with Becky, who reassured me that the order would leave that day for delivery on Friday 13th March. I explained clearly that I absolutely needed the booklets by Friday at the latest, as they were required for an event on Saturday and would be useless if they arrived later.

Unfortunately, the same situation happened again. At 01:30 AM the next day, I received yet another delay email.

At this point, I contacted customer service again and asked Theresa to cancel my order. Initially, she said it could not be cancelled because it had started printing and was already in the cutting stage. However, this contradicted the information I had received the day before. After I shared the previous conversation, they eventually cancelled the order and issued a refund.

Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating. The communication was inconsistent, the order status kept changing, and there was no transparency about what was actually happening with the production.

This was my first time ordering with instantprint and unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be using this company again.

I recently had a problem with the printing of some leaflets which was quickly and easily resolved by Becky who was really kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Instantprint because of their staff efficiency and quality of its products.

I was enquiring about multiple things including wedding invites and she mentioned the sample pack too which was really kind and helpful of her. I was having an issue with my design. was contacted by Instantprint about the service and I mentioned my issue. they were very helpful in getting this sorted and the design team actually finished my design for me. they were very responsive to my emails and I will be using them again for all my printing needs

Very quick turn-around, and an easy website to find my way through. I made a mistake in the uploaded document, and was sent an email very quickly to point it out. I made a change, uploaded the new version easily, and got another email almost straight away to say that it was now OK. All very pleasant, with nice communications from Rebecca.

My order was not delivered and it went to the collection point somewhere, but BECKY from the team made a quick re-order without any extra charge and arranged a next day delivery.
