From start to finish of getting the order I was very impressed with the service and customer care given to my order. This was quite a special order and our design person had done the high definition graphics and the finished article is amazing. The delivery came very quickly. I would recommend using Ross and his company again.

Really pleased with the customer service - challenges with approving the proof were handled well, Andrew was really patient, despite us having the wrong colours and needing to make a few adjustments. Excited to get the products now!

I was disappointed two days to an event.

My friend had reached out to you, 5 days prior to her event to make sourvenirs available. You went mute all along, no feedback just to later say you're sorry.

Trust them at your own peril. Absolute shocking experience with them disappointed my sister two days to the event after she had already paid and they are very unresponsive.

Cancelled last minute, despite numerous follow ups on the days leading up to.

Disappointed with my order, two days to my big event. Caused me a lot of inconvenience and stress.

Please, do not use them if you’re planning something important.

We ordered souvenirs for an event. 5 days to the event we checked in but they were unresponsive.
2days to the event they emailed us an apology.
Very disappointing!

Andrew James was extremely helpful and quick! he even helped improve our current design to a much better one

What a great company, clear precise instructions and great customer service from Callum Burton, company gives quick attentive turn around and cant wait to see the final product delivered.

For some reason, I foresaw a disappointment coming and I began chasing at least 5 days prior to the agreed delivery date. But each time I sent an email, I got no response, i would have to put a call across for someone to read and respond to me email.

2 days to the delivery date date, I get an email saying “we apologise ” what do you mean???? What am I supposed to do????

This is very disappointing! You knew your items are coming from Poland, you knew they take 4 days to deliver yet you waited 2 days to my event to tell me???? Even when I was asking for updates waaaay ahead of time???

Naaaaa, this is unacceptable! Order from them at your own peril.

Callum Burton provided an excellent service with the bike bells we ordered. He was alway very quick to respond, even when I wasn’t! delivery was quick and efficient.
