We regularly order small shipments of panda bears and notebooks, small shipments due to low storage. We work with Callum and he is always very quick to organise the order for us. Big Bear in general was willing to work with us and provide a smaller shipment size to suit our needs, which was greatly appreciated. Quality is great too :)

Callum at BigBearPromo made the process of ordering our personalised pens & notepads so easy. We tried loads of colour and placement options to see what looked best, he posted the sample the same day and couldn't be more helpful throughout. We can't wait to receive the final product.

Mine was a very small order of 100 Golf ball markers, but nevertheless their attention to detail was outstanding. They made sure that everything was in place and correct before printing and the product turned out better than expected. they also arrived four days before their delivery date.
