A new business that has absolutely earned a returning customer
I donât leave reviews like this lightly, but BIGBULL genuinely deserves one.
Iâd had a frustrating journey trying to get hold of 2026 Topps Chrome Disney Mega Boxes before finding BIGBULL. One previous purchase elsewhere was cancelled and relisted at a higher price, and another retailer took an order for stock they didnât actually have. By the time I found BIGBULL, I was naturally a little cautious.
The difference was noticeable almost immediately.
I ordered two Mega Boxes at a fantastic price and received prompt order updates, followed very quickly by genuine DPD tracking and dispatch. The communication and fulfilment were so efficient that I trusted BIGBULL enough to go back and place another order for their final box before my first order had even fully played out.
One of the first two boxes arrived with cosmetic wear to the factory Topps-printed shrink wrap. It wasnât caused by BIGBULL, and Alex explained that the stock had come directly from Topps and that the print issue had appeared across parts of the batch. What mattered to me was how he dealt with it.
There was no defensiveness, no attempt to brush me off and no endless back-and-forth. Alex acknowledged why presentation matters to someone buying sealed collectibles, offered sensible options, listened to my concerns and ultimately provided a generous goodwill partial refund while allowing me to keep the box.
He was also completely transparent about what could and couldnât be offered if the later box had similar factory wear. That sort of honesty is refreshing.
The final box has now arrived and, thankfully, it is in excellent condition â far better than I was expecting after the earlier concern.
Between the pricing, speed of fulfilment, communication and especially the way Alex handled a genuine customer-service issue, BIGBULL has earned my confidence.
Iâll absolutely be checking them first for future cards and collectibles.
Highly recommended.
