We saw every single sightseeing with the premium ticket! Audio even in Greek!

One of a driver is really really really really rude!

An excellent way to get round such a big city - very enjoyable.

The information provided by electronic guid is so poor that you could feel as a professor just reading some abstracts from Wikipedia on topics about Budapest. Through the excursion it wasn’t even mentioned when and by whom was built the Parliament of Budapest. The text generally is the following: the Parliament is beautiful; look at the monument of this politician, his imapact was very important; it’s a square - it’s great. After all once we took a bus, the audio guide was working may be few stops and then all the bus could here nothing but the noise of unfixed technics. The bus stops are difficult to find, they are not remarkable at all.

Very welcomed when arrived to change evoucher ticket into day tickets for the bus tour. Only problem was trying to get a bus back in the afternoon as it was not so frequent as thought would be hence could not use the ticket to full advantage.

Rude and unkind staff member...I asked a very simple question about the bus stops, she replyed me she was eating...never seen something like this in other cities!!!

Routes were frequent enough and except the early stop of services on the 24th which was expected, they resumed the very next day. The route is well designed and allowed us to quickly view the city and also used it for travelling. Staff were enthusiastic and helpful. Cruise is also worth its while. Buses are a bit old and worn out which could be improved.

I'm impressed. The tour was very interesting, with a lot of useful information. I will be happy to use BIG BUS it other countries as well.

We took out the 72hr ticket as it had a bunch of extras included, including the castle shuttle, night tour, walking tour and cruise. We found the routes were easy to pick up especially with the app, as it even told you were you were and where the buses were. The staff were friendly and informative. I would recommend this bus company and have used them in other cities.

Totalmente recomendable. Nos ha servido para conocer mejor la ciudad y para desplazarnos a todos los sitios turísticos. Además en algunas opciones incluye el paseo en barco, paseo guiado y tour nocturno. Volvería a repetir.

Εκτος απο την νυχτερινή βόλτα με το λεωφορείο, όπου ο οδηγος κάπνιζε μέσα στο λεωφορείο και δεν είχε ούτε την θέρμανση αναμμένη!
