Unos sinvergüenzas porque es mentira lo de los 10 minutos de espera y encima contactas con ellos para quejarte y no te responden. Los vendedores de la calle no dicen que hay problemas fe trafico u otros problemas, solo vender. Estamos mas de 1 hora en la parada 5

Not enough busses. Even out of season we waited more than an hour.... would not use them

SE SALTAN LAS PARADAS.
EL 15/08/2029 sobre las 12,30 Se salto la parada del Trocadero, cuando se lo dijimos nos dijo que habia que pulsar un boton de Stop que nadie pulsa, luego en otras paradas se detuvo mucho tiempo.

El dia 18 hicimos el Tour nocturno y no nos hizo la vuelta al Arco del Triunfo.
Por lo demás los autobuses muy viejos y de limpieza muy regular.

This is the worse hop on hop off we've ever been with. The ones in London and Rome was all right. They take a long time to arrive and they are always packed like sardines. If you happen to catch the ones with no AC the stench in inhuman. Stay away and the the Toot Bus instead

I booked a 2-day tour directly with the operator. The first day was basically a bust since the weather was really bad. I wrote to customer service and asked them if they would give me a partial credit or a voucher and I received an automated e-mail stating that someone would answer me within a day. There was no answer. The next day I attempted to get on the bus at the Notre Dame stop but there was no stop to be found since there is a lot of construction and rebuilding going on at that site. There was no notification on the operator website and no alternative bus stop information so the second day was a total bust as well. I again wrote to customer service and got the same automated reply. No service and no contact. I USED TO BE a regular customer. No more. Poor service = lost customers.

Paradas pésimamente indicadas, una hora buscándola y ni siquiera una de sus conductoras nos quiso indicar bien. Lamentable y excesivamente caro para colmo

AWFUL EXPERIENCE IN PARIS. We had two terrible experiences with this company. First, we booked the hop on hop off Paris bus for one day, then had an emergency that required us to change the date. I contacted the company immediately letting them know. I then received a message to activate the tickets, so I did. Later, they sent me another message saying that since I activated the tickets, I could not change the date or get a refund!! I decided to re-book for the day we needed and to try to resolve the refund issue separately. On the day of our tour, we went to the closest pick up spot only to find it was closed. We messaged the company (no answer), and then called and were told we'd have to WALK to the next stop to get the bus. We did. Once we got on, we were told that the stop where we wanted to get off was closed, and that we had to get off one stop earlier and WALK to our destination. Awful bus tour service and awful customer service. We are 100% dissatisfied and DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hoy han cambiado la ruta sin avisarnos.Mi pareja y yo sacamos entradas para ayer y hoy.y hoy nos han dejado tirados han suspendido la mayoría de las paradas, por lo cual no lo hemos podido utilizar.

Myself and the group of my friends visited Paris this April. We have decided to take a tour of Paris on Big Bus, but when we reviewed the company web site, we changed our mind and took the tour with the other provider. The reason is Big Bus does not provide audio guide in Russian what is widely spoken in the world. We voted with our money for other similar company, what provides audio guide in Russian.

Hatten Ticket für 2 Tage gebucht.
Am 2 Tag hält der Bus um ca.18.15h vor dem Haupsitz von Bic Bus und fordert alle ca. 20 Leute auf den Bus zu verlassen, weil Feierabend sei.
Wäre anständig, wenn dies vorher angekündigt worden wäre, dann hätte man den Bus an einer besseren/zentralen Stelle verlassen können.

Used big bus yesterday in Paris.
We had some really old buses that you couldn't see a thing from downstairs.
Never been able to have a seat at the top as all the buses were packed.
End of buses were 6pm and not communicated at all. Only found out when getting in

Misleading advertising of tours (eg optional river tour wit no option given (?)), slow customer service with after-sales queries, unsafe travel with tourists standing through tour due to lack of seats and no safety guidance give

El recorrido permite visitar los monumentos más emblemáticos de París, mientras te ofrece una explicación de lo que vas viendo. El tiempo de espera entre buses es corto, que también se agradece. Destacar la amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió en la oficina; me equivoqué de mes al comprar los billetes y nos validó la visita igualmente, sin ninguna penalización.

Tour d’Halloween?? Franchement décevant. Notre guide était sympathique, bien qu’il avait un peu de la difficulté avec le français, mais le tour et les histoires, une vrai arnaque. Le même tour que le touristique de jour alors qu’on s’attendait à des lieux effrayants. Et la plupart des histoires n’était pas effrayante ou relié au lieu qu’on visitait.

Two people, $95. Only 10 stops, of which 2 are skipped due to construction. Audio is boring, nothing shared that’s unusual or interesting, simply facts, and quite brief. The “filler” segments for when you sit in traffic are on a loop; we listened to the same thing 4x. Having done HOHO in Chicago and Philadelphia, I was expecting something more engaging.
