Perhaps some more energetic staff would help!!!

We did both tours - beach loop and city loop.
Both tours were very informative and the guides were helpful and charming.

Very nice and complete tour!
I have made this "tour" with other companies but this one is more complete, specially the boat tour. So recommended

Incredibly hot with no air conditioning, difficult to know what stop you were at, packed bus and my seat was missing earphone connection. I won’t be back

Excellent experience, punctuality and courtesy. The two tours (beach and city loops) give you a complete view of Miami.

Out bus broke down near Bizcaya; quick response but still, buses need to be tip top.

Toured miami march 15, 2018. Tour started out well with a great tour guide unfortunately it went downhill from there. Our bus had a mechanical problem near miami beach. We were asked to unload the bus. When we boarded another big bus about 1 hr later we had mediocre tour guides. After our boat tour we rushed to last bus of day at bayside. The tour guide did not even speak to tell us about any stops on that part of journey. Very hard to recommend your business to any friends that would be travelling to miami.

Tried to cancel a "1-day Miami Classic Ticket" for 4/12/2018. Have not yet received a response. Cannot establish communication with them as yet. The send me a survey for a trip I have not yet taken??? Don't understand!

The information, that there were a lot of stops closed caused by music festval hadn’t been mentioned during booking. Therefore the blue loop couldn’t be happen, but paid for without any credit. That wasn’t satisfying.

Very unsatisfactory experience in Miami. We did not get our money's worth ($40 each for 2) by any definition. After getting off in Miami Beach in January, walking around a bit and having lunch, we made our way to a stop designated on the map they gave us. The app they were testing showed there would be a bus there shortly. That bus never showed, appearing to bypass this stop, but happily, another one was supposed to be right behind it. We knew the app was being tested and might not be accurate yet, so we figured that was the issue -- no big deal. We hung out and waited. And waited. And waited. For more than an hour, and still no bus. We checked the map multiple times to be sure we were in the right spot (we defintetly were). Our guess is that we were at a lesser used stop (near the Holocaust Memorial) and buses just bypassed it near the end of the day in an effort to get or stay on schedule. We.tried to call and at least let someone know we were there for pick up, but there is no phone number on the website. Wrecked our plans for an end of day tour through Little Havana and the rest of the city. We ended up taking an Uber back to the hotel. Very disappointed. We will not use Big Bus again.

Our tour guide Andy was great even though he was a little under the weather. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. He took better care of us than the employees on our cruise ship !!!

Thanks for your service, we liked it. The first part of our tour (Collins Ave / 22nd street) to Lincoln road on March, 7th (first tour in the morning) was a little bit hasty, because we started some minutes late. So we decided to hop off our bus and hop on the next bus, which was way calmer. ;-) The rest of the tour (red line, blue line & harbour tour) was really great.

Todo dentro de lo esperado. Cosas para mejorar:
1) aminorar la marcha frente a sitios de especial interes para poder ubicarse y focalizar la mirada
2) la grabacion en español no esta sincronizada con el recorrido
3)la visita nocturna podria ser un poco mas completa
4) Tuvimos un accidente leve (colisión con trolley) y se demoró muchisimo en auxiliarnos. Ese coche ya venia con demora (lo esperamos casi una hora en South Beach).
5) La conexion wifi era debil e inestable (al menos en la parte abierta del bus)
El trato de los guias muy correcto

1. Seemed a bit disorganised. Staff didn't really know when the next bus would arrive.
2. Changing lines was poorly coordinated and we needed to wait for 20 minutes in the heat.
3. The worst though was the"old" bus with right hand steering. It had no air-conditioning which is really unacceptable in 86 degree heat.

Speakers on one side of bus didn't work, couldn't hear what was being said. We were told "this happens when gets warm out". The sites were beautiful, just disappointed in the bus itself.

Muy descuidados los vehículos!!! A dos personas sentadas adelante mío se le cayó el asiento hacia atrás, los tuvimos que sujetar para que no nos apriete las piernas.
Me parece muy peligroso que los asientos no tengan cinturón de seguridad, sobre todo cuando vamos por la autopista.
No están bien señalizadas las paradas, en muchas no hay ningún cartel que las identifique.

No possibilty to hear the french channel !!!!
PLus, I wanted to stop at the museum but with no information (and it was the firts stop on the journey) we did not know if it was the time so...we missed it !! I would have like to be precisely informed : it's the first stop now ... someone interessed ???

For the other stop it was clearer.

Bad really bad ... I am a North Miami resident, and decided to take my guests on this tour. Had done many times before including Europe with the Hop on Hop off bus. Since I've never done this tour in Miami I did accompanied my guests.
So the first bus "city" was taking us to nowhere, not much to show, just driving around in traffic. The tour guide, very unprofessionally decided to "pick" on me, for quite a while, until I asked him to please leave me alone.
The second bus "beaches" was just a ride in Collins Avenue, and the smallest part of Ocean Drive, pretty pathetic for a tourist in Miami.
The boat... the tour lady just concentrated in informing the value of the homes, their property taxes.... Really?

We did a 2 day ticket and got a 3rd day free plus the night tour and the boat trip so it was good value for money. The city loop is ok but not so many sights, beach loop good. The night tour was good as the city lit up is impressive but our guide was really annoying, kept jumping about and on Ocean Drive blowing a whistle and shout8ng happy hour like it was a party bus....
