Easy, informative, reasonably priced.
We had a great time with Robert and Harry over Easter. Robert was good to help mobility challenged passengers and was also very safety conscious. Harry did a good job in Easter traffic. We had a nice tour and would recommend it to others because all we had to do was sit and be informed. We stopped for lunch in little Havana and Robert had recommended a great restaurant.

For us with two Kids it wasn't a nice tour. Its always stop and go by the traffic lights. The sun brights very hot on thr top. The tour trough Miami is not very interessting like in other citys around the world. We would defenetly no more do that. The bus was very old and the seat was not very stabil.

The tours were great and we saw a lot in a very short time. The only issues we had were we started at stop 1 and there was nothing there to say it was a stop and we had to ring up at 8:20 am as the bus was supposed to leave at 8:30 and there was no bus and no staff.
Also we had planned our day to the last second and we went to get the bus at 12:15 to be told it went early and the next one was not due until 12:45 which was ridiculous as they should not go early and we have to hang around and ruin our schedule. Late i can understand but not early. A lot of other people were not happy either and the bus had to come back and get us.

This tour was a shambles. We were initially waiting in the wrong place for our bus and no-one bothered to tell us so we almost missed it. Then we were not provided a headset so we couldn’t hear any of the descriptions. The bus was old and hot with no functioning air conditioning. It was also crowded and after we got off, the next bus we got on was standing room only. The bus drove right by some stops with no announcements. Overall, this was an over-priced and unpleasant experience. The sights selected for the city tour mostly didn’t warrant a visit and the route followed appeared to show off some of the worst parts of Miami rather than the attractions. Devise your own tour and hire a driver. It will be less expensive, more efficient and more comfortable.

As a native of Miami I was excited to explore my city, I was very disappointed the tour did not got through Brickell the major city attraction of Miami. Completely avoided going through Coconut Grove Main Street another major attraction and I was shocked at how they considered 27th Ave, Coral Gables , really. This was a big waste of $115 , could have given my son a better tour for much less. THIS IS NOT A TRUE TOUR OF MIAMI.

Great fun to see Miami city and South Beach on the Big Bus double decker tour. Wonderful tour guides with knowledge and funny stories. Very helpful attendants, even gave ideas about park I g. Easily booked online and tickets good for 2 days!

Whilst the tour of South Beach was good the bus was full with people having to stand or be turned away at stops on the route and with the top deck pretty much being occupied from the start to the end of the tour by people who joined the bus at stop 1, so the hop on, hop off experience didn't seem to work.

The connecting bus tour was oversubscribed and the following buses were delayed so we decided not to do the 2nd tour of Miami center because of time constraints and decided to return back to our starting point.

Furthermore, the lady who printed our tickets based on our internet purchase could only print 3 of the 4 tickets purchased which caused us some anxiety.

All in all more capacity and more frequent bus passes are needed and the ability to show your ticket on your phone on an app would be a good idea.

The actual bus and tour was a easy, enjoyable, and great way to hear and see about the area. However, our map said last bus for beach loop was a 645p, and we waited for 40 min (530-610p) before another city loop bus came by and told us there were no more buses. Too much time between buses, and stops were not all marked so we were left wondering if we were at the right place.

I really like the concept of the B.B. Tours. The live guide was knowledgeable and entertaining. The Night Tour was nice, as it was not as hot any more.

What I did not enjoy was that the bases were quite old without AC on the lower floor. During the day the buses were overcrowded so we ended up sitting in a hot seat downstairs with little visibility which limited our enjoyment.

Information given was great, air condition not working.

Got a good view and look on Miami from the tour.

This was a great opportunity to see Miami and all it has to offer. A great value and awesome experience.

Having made vacation travels to many towns in USA and Europe, we always to take a sightseing trip around the town on the first (and sometimes second) day of our stay.
When choosing a bus compagny, "Big Bus Tours" are among our absolute favorites.
The tour with "Big Bus Tours Miami" brought us a really great experience loaded with interesting information about the town.

On the two separate routes alternate routes were taken with no explanation. We were particularly disappointed that Ocean Drive was missed completely, this was the main reason we booked with your company. Because of this I could not recommend this tour to friends.

We hadn’t been to Miami before and had a limited amount of time. The bus tour offered a good way to see a lot of things in a short amount of time. We also liked that we were able to get off and on at different spots. Our biggest complaints were that the route was different than the map so the bus didn’t go to the places we were expecting. Also, once you got off, the places to get back on weren’t always clearly marked and we waited for a long time at the last stop. Also, while we enjoyed that there was a tour guide, only one of our three bus rides had one and the one we had was average.

I have previously used big bus at other locations and was looking forward to a day of trouble free site seeing in a great location.
We purchased our ticket online and we went to the nearest bus stop according to the website. Bus stop had moved from 5th St and Alton rd- but still on website . We walked another 2 mile along 5th and found a bus at 5th and Washington st. We sat on the bus and went to Wynyard Walls - offered our ticket to the guide at Wynyard walls as it wasn’t checked by the diver when we got on. Only to be told that we were in a cruise bus and asked “you just got in my bus?” We offered our ticket to the driver like every other time we have used this service.
We were told we couldn’t get back on the bus and she suggested we get an Uber to the Friost science centre to catch the bus!
After catching a taxi to little Havana we found the stop there - they were good- but it was getting to the end of the day and we only used it for a ride back to south beach.
Very disappointed with the experience and will not be using or recommending again

The blue tour was very good. The red one was too long for us!
