Los buses no tienen aire acondicionado. Además el guía solo hace el tour en inglés y no en español. La grabación disponible en español no coincide muchas veces con lo que se está viendo o con lo que dice el guía.

It was a good ride. However, the tracking on the mobile app was not working up to the mark. The commenary in the recorder was a bit different from the one being delivered by person on board.

Tour itinerary great got to Little Havana, Wynwood Walls and out to South Beach. Guides excellent, friendly and fun but Big Bus Tours you need aircon in that Miami heat. We use Big Bus all over the world and will continue to

La experiencia fue buena, el paseo en el yate por el paseo del millonario fue lo que más nos gustó. Recomiendo que la narración grabada a bordo del BIG BUS sea más amplia y actualizada ya que es mucha música y poca información histórica del lugar, es algo que pueden mejorar y que urge. Si toman en cuenta ésto último tendrán mayor demanda del visitante hispano.

Wow-What a "Shame" that this Bus Company doesn't have air conditioning for their clients. Our driver, Chris Dasque,and tour guide, Megan Koops services were outstanding. My husband and I were absolutely miserable, because the temperature inside the bus was hotter than the temperature outside This is Florida, don't you get it???????????? Our three adult children were on the top deck which certainly helped. How do you get away with this? Meanwhile, I will not recommend your companies name to any of our family, friends or organizations.

Who ever the driver that schedule to stop on July 11, 2019 in front of Holiday in hotel (#4333) scheduled at 10am are very rude and not accommodating and should not be in customer/ public service. This driver did not even yield or stop, where a few yards away and I was waiving my hand for him to wait, he made eye contact with me but he did not even flinch or yield. He was way early to come in at 9:30am and late for 10:00am.
I will avoid this tour next time around not, worth my business. A few second of wait, cost you my business next time. My family travels at list 3 times a year.

No air conditioning in hot weather. Also didn’t give advance notice regarding no night tours on 4th of july

I called 3 times the day of our tour there was no answer and none of the messages I left were returned. My first call was 6 hours before our night tour was to start, then another call 3 hours before and then one at 7:30 when the bus was not there to pick us up. The sign at the pick up location has your phone number on it to call if any questions but you don’t answer you phone so what’s the point. The night ride was nice but the customer service was terrible.

Enjoyed my tours learned a lot of information about Miami workers were nice and polite recommend this tour to anyone.

Very nice tour to see all the hotspots of Miami.
Fun tour guide had nice music that fit the location and the history behind it.
Upon arrival one of the guides did not know about the complimentary snacks of certain spots which is promoted on your website. Coconut Grove was also still mentioned on the website but at arrival they said that it had been removed from the tour.The times of the bus are confusing. The sign at arrival mentions that the last bus is until 20:00 hours. We had to run to grab the last bus at 17:15 at Little Havana and could not get to another location, which we tought could still reach until 18:00.
Overall a very nice experience. Better communication with the guests on the website about times and also that channel 7 is the channel to hear the tourguide live. Complimentary water on the bus would be a plus.

Bought tickets online, useless because the Tour Guide on Bus we entered at stop 4 (6/7/19, 10:25) advised us to get white paper tickets and we have to go to stop 1 to get them. How shall we do that? So we get no ride, horrible Service!!! Never ever Big Bus!

Horrible!!! I would give the Big Bus Tours Miami a minus 5 stars if I could. I was advised be a friend that she used Hop on Hop off tours in cities all over the world with great results. I am here to tell you this bus tour was a terrible waste of money! Non of the buses have air conditioning and on one bus we used you couldn't even open the windows. The bus driver actually stopped the bus and came back and lectured us not to open the windows when someone tried. The buses were all old and dirty. Our head sets didn't work and the guides talked so fast about stupid stuff that it was a worthless trip for both my husband and me. I found myself wishing we were on public transportation as soon as we boarded the bus. Do not trust the pictures of the buses. They are old and yucky!

Fue la mejor opción para conocer Miami, la atencion estupenda y sin problema al bajar en cualquier parada ya que no tardan en pasar otra vez y con el GPS del novio.localizabas otra parada por si empezabas a andar sin miedo a no saber cogerlo

WE ENJOYED THE TOUR WHEN WE FINALLY FOUND THE BIG BUS STOPS FROM OUR HOTEL ON MIAMI BEACH,APPARENTLY THE BUS NO LONGER DOES THE LENGTH OF THE STRAND OF MIAMI BEACH AND HAS NOT DONE FOR A WHILE NOW, A BIT MORE INFO WOULD NOT GONE A MISS.

The staff in the support line was very helpfull.

My only recomendation its that the hoop-on & hook-off could include Biscaya gardens and the mirecle mile.

I purchased a 2 day ticket for my wife and I. This was the worst investment. The busses are old, never on time and some of the staff have bad attitudes. Some staff (drivers and guides) are unfriendly and have no respect for passengers. They promise busses every 30 minutes but we had to wait almost 50 minutes on two occasions today alone - and the staff are unapologetic. Rather use uber or state busses. It's cheaper and moves quickly on time.
