Muy bueno, pero el Tour no estaba disponible en español, lo que no se entiende si estamos en Miami, donde el 85% de las personas habla español. El guia trató de decir palabras en español pero no fue suficiente.

I give a 3 just because of Julio, he was really good! As for the others, I do not have comments!
I use the tours frequently in the cities I visit and this was the worse. On one bus tour, the beach one, on the way back, we sat in the bottom section and where we plug the earphones was not working... I told the attendant and on the most sarcastic tone she told me to change places, with a show of hands to say what am I supposed to do?
Also, we did the night tour, that basically does the beach tour at night! Really????

Didn’t appreciate paying 175$ Canadian for this bus tour.

The tour guide was not very good to say the least. Very boring and seemed like he just wanted the tour to be over so he could go home.

First bus of the day at stop 15 drove off 6 minutes early and right in front of us.
We had bought the package with 2 days and a cruise. At the cruise we got the wrong information so had to walk back and forth a couple of times to get tickets.
Then later in the afternoon we had to wait 45 minutes at the central stop even though there was a long line of buses ready. We got no information at all.
All in all not a good experience. Didn't want to use the next days tickets. Instead took our own car.

I bought my tickets and in the web page and the flyer said the last loop was at 7 PM but I try to take it at 5 and they don't have service anymore. I was at the first stop so I went to the personal there and no one helped my then I call to the help number and they leave me for 15 minutes waiting line at the phone with no answer or help or anything. So I lost the experience of the day and lost my day plan

Tout est en Américain, et contrairement aux offres du site, rien n’est fait pour les étrangers. Impossible de télécharger les traductions des visites, les commentaires multilingues dans les bus se résument au strict minimum. Malheureusement les horaires de bus sont aléatoires (notamment au départ Bayfront Park Miami). Les guides sont par ailleurs sympathiques et accueillants.

Pague los boletos por internet y llegamos a tomar el bus y nos tocó comprar otros boletos porque nunca me enviaron los voucher, estoy esperando la devolución. Del dinero a mi tarjeta y aún no me han contactado. Espero mi dinero no se pierda

Es es peor Big Bus que he usado. He usado en Chicago y Washigton.
No pude hacer uso de el como corresponde. El ultimo bus en el circuito Miami salia a las 4:20 y llegamos del de Habana a las 4:30. Es inaceptable. No lo recomendare. Pague Premiun y no tuve el servicio de esa calidad

Very friendly guides on tour but it takes too much time to get from A to B and the buses don‘t have air conditioning inside and on deck no sun blocking. During our rides we were sweating all the time.

Buses in poor condition, sound system not working and staff uninterested in our needs

Armando was great! We hopped on a couple times with him as the host. He was fun, informative and intelligent. On the other hand another gentlemen we hopped on to was absolute opposite and then asked for us to tip the driver and him several times and held out a cap on the way off the bus for tips. But the ride was an easy way to see some of the city and south beach.

Tour guide wasn’t good. Random facts that had nothing to do with much. Not entertaining.

Good experience, Tourguides were excellent. Major Problem: IOS app was outdated, blue and red lines we’re reversed, station numbers were different from printed map

Disappointed with the crew on our beaches tour that didn’t tell us there was live commentary, only when we did the city tour did we find this option available.

Booked the premium day tour which was said to include an extra day but the ticket we received at the BB booth didn’t show the extra day...

Sur la ligne bleue, autour du 15e arrêt il n'y avait plus de commentaires en français alors que la guide donnait des commentaires en anglais.
Pour avoir le temps de descendre du bus et visiter, faire la ligne rouge et la croisière une journée et la ligne bleue une autre journée.

City Loop was fine but we feel that the Beach Loop Tour was too short, we didn't see much. It was boring.

Die Übersetzung in die deutsche Sprache war zwar sehr gut, aber ein bisschen wenig Information zu dieser großen Stadt Miami. Des Weiteren gab es bei der Bootstour mit der Island Queen keine Übersetzung,- schade, d. hätte man vorher mitteilen können, da wir mit 2 Personen die Tour gebucht hatten, die kein Englisch sprechen.

Fazit : Überarbeitungsfähig

We’ve done Big Bus in San Francisco; we were amazed. We did it again in New York; still wonderful. We had bought the Premium package online in advance for Miami: true believers. We were deceived. Late bus, schedule not respected, employees not respectful... Our plan was to go to main desk to have some free day like we know it exists in others cities; finally we did not even try. We did Uber instead. Next city (probably San Diego) after Hawaï: we will shop and ask around before booking. Loosing some sold customers: how sad is that :(
