A Great Experience
It was very straightforward to Order from the website. I was notified within a suitable timeframe and the shipping was quite quick considering it was around the other side of the globe. My items arrived well packaged and secure. It was very well packed with plenty of padding- all items accounted for and in perfect condition. I’m a repeat customer, and will purchase from big pen again.

We have not seen any e-mails from you regarding your order. We're a bit puzzled as the weight of the package indicates that 2 pens where shipped. Please contact us on support to solve this.

Darum never wieder.

We are sorry to see your one star review. Sorry if you did not see the information, or if you think it wasn’t clear enough when you placed your order. On our website, all prices are clearly stated ex. VAT for customers outside EU. During checkout, we provide the information above the "accept our terms" checkbox. I like the LAMY 2000 with the F-nib very much!
The ordering process, as well as the delivery are top-notch. Unfortunately, the Swiss Customs used several days, to handle and forward the package.
