BigPen レビュー

This is the second time I have ordered from Big Pen. Great service each time. Delivery was prompt and efficient. Item was shipped to Canada from Sweden and used Canada Post with tracked shipping. Using Canada Post eliminates expensive shipping and brokerage that comes with using expensive carriers like DHL etc.

Pen arrived quickly and was packaged very well. Price was great too. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Lovely pen, arrived very well packaged and price was good.

Very good and swift service.

Fast service, accurate, efficient, great price and delivery.

I bought a Pilot Falcon Metal Red SF. It was delivered promptly, without costs, by traditional mail, very well wrapped and secured. Plus, the price was much better than other retailers.

Schnelle Lieferung! Super gut verpackt! Ich habe noch nie so eine gut geschützte Sendung gesehen!!!

Ordered on Saturday (from Sweden) and arrived on the Wednesday. NO delivery charge. Fantastic company.

Great selection of pens at reasonable prices. Prompt service and delivery

Quick shipping, great tracking, fabulous prices.

Big Pen. Half way round the world in double-quick time, super price (Lamy 2000 rollerball), everything just right. Will but again from this pen store.

I just found this online site with looking for a fountain pen's shop. Since out side of the UK the shipping cost is higher than domestic shops, but they offer free shipping over £100.00 purchase. Then their price is very competitive! Also just 4 days after I ordered, my package was delivered with perfect condition. Up to £135.00 duty is not charged, I believe. I like to use this site again and recommend for UK customers.

Also I wish they have the selection of LEUCHTTRUM 1917 5 year diaries as well.

Very well packaged.
Good delivery information and updates.
Fast delivery.
Very competitive pricing.

Prices were very agreeable—even better than Amazon here in Canada, for the items purchased! The parcel was well packaged and shipped quickly. The website does look a bit odd, but it’s legit and owned by a Swedish art supply store called Zinkvit.

The only downside is a somewhat limited selection, but I am looking forward to ordering again. Also not to UK people: even though it’s a .co.uk domain, it’s from Sweden not the UK!

What a fantastic service from BigPen. Ordering was easy and delivered to the UK from Sweden in 4 days. Will recommend to friends and family.

My pen shipped fast and was packed very well. Would not hesitate to purchase again in the future. Thank you.

I bought a Pilot Heritage 91 which was good value for money from Big Pen. It’s beautiful - fine nib writes smoothly so far and hoping will even improve with use. Living in the UK post Brexit is idiotic in every way and means I needed a customs form. Big Pen sorted this out no fuss and pen arrived within a couple of days. Great service. Thank you.
