Absolutely amazing

Incredibly competitive price, I purchased a Pilot Vanishing Point EF from here for £119 and got free shipping. The shipping also was incredibly fast, on the website I think they quoted 2 weeks to get to the UK but it took 2 days for my package to get to the UK and just 1 more day for it to arrive. Wonderful!

The pen

The pen, a Platinum 3776 is everything as described, I love it. The delivery to Montreal was faster, by two days, than promised. The price, CAN149$, was excellent.
Could BigPen use a broker for the duties all would have been perfect.
Till next time, all my consideration,
J.M.

Excessively scratchy 14K nib on Platinum Century #3776.

The purchasing process was easy. Impressed with the prompt delivery. Unfortunately, the 14K gold nib on my Platinum Century #3776 is excessively scratchy (to the point where I cannot use the pen). It's very disappointing as Platinum is renowned for its excellent nibs.

Great service

Ordered two items (separately). The first arrived within a few days. The second took longer & the tracking information was not updating, so I asked Support what was going on. A prompt reply reassured me that delivery can be up to 10 days & sure enough, the item arrived the next day.
Very impressed with the packaging - clearly, Big Pen take care with their products.
Thank you.

I purchased a pen at a competitive

I purchased a pen at a competitive price, throughout the process there were regular postage updates and I received the pen within a few days. The pen itself was as advertised and came well packaged. Overall a positive experience and I would have no problem buying from Big Pen again.
