Our condo sale was seamless. From the moment of contact, each person in the organization performed their job with excellence and courtesy. Our agent was knowledgeable, efficient, and forthright. The office staff was helpful with each email and call associated with the sale. Big State Home Buyers is THE company to do business with.

When all other were trying to short change our property they was the only one they gave us a fair deall

The only thing to say is great job.
They communicate as needed.
They do what they say they are going to do, at the time specified.
I believe that working with them thru the sale, and lease back has worked well for both of us.

My dealings with them is positive, and I actually plan on investing with them in the future, on projects as a hard money investor.

Ross took a care of me while selling my home, he did a great job,I mean a fantastic job. I give them a 3 star because items where stolen by their sub contractors totaling $2000 while they were estimatin repairs to the house and Big State wasn't present with them. They gave use $1000 for some of the items taken. But I would recommend being present when anyone walks the property.

I dealt exclusively with Brian Freeman. He was always professional, ever courteous with a follow through rate of 100+%. I appreciated the care and attention I received – working with Brian made a potentially painful and grueling process a pleasant and streamlined experience. Thank you so very much.

Erica and Richard were extremely helpful through the whole process. The house sold and closed much quicker than anticipated. Whoud recommend to anyone who wants to sell a house quickly.

Awesome Experience! I totally recommend Big State Home Buyers to anyone who wants to sell a home. The staff is very professional and helpful.

As a retired businesswoman from the corporate world for over 40 years, I consider myself a "skeptic" of many ideas, products, etc., and am from the old "trust but verified" school - So when I realized it was time to sell my large house after discovering that I could no longer physically or financially handle the maintenance on it, instead of pursuing a "traditional sale", I cautiously looked into the possibility of finding an investor who would offer me a fair price for my beautiful house, with its "warts and all".

The first entity I contacted was a very well-known, much advertised, business who was courteous at first. Their big mistake was they chose not to make me a "credible" offer, but instead made an insulting/ridiculous offer, which I promptly declined and broke all ties. After this my skepticism really kicked in again at this point, but I kept researching on the internet and almost like I was magnetically drawn to it, Big State Home Buyers' name popped up to me. Having never heard of them, I wasn't too sure about their reputation, but after some "due diligence", I decided I'd call them to discuss what they had to offer. I met Joel Medrano at my home and liked him at first sight. He was much younger than I expected, but portrayed himself as professional, polished, courteous, genuine, respectful, and wise beyond his years. He explained all aspects of the process clearly and answered all of my many questions, the entire time showing absolutely no aggressive or high-pressure tactics, just genuine concern that I understood how his company worked. He assured me that this process was going to work for me and that it was going to move fast, which I thought was just "salesman schmoozing". Yet, he left with me feeling like I had met a good, trust-worthy friend. All of these same attributes and accolades can be given to Amanda Gladin also who I immediately connected with too..

Well, from the morning I was told my house had a Buyer - to our Closing - took 12 days! All stages of the process went smoothly, quickly, and professionally. In addition, I was particularly impressed by the fact that each and every person working in association with them and the sale process (inspection, appraisal, surveyor, realtor/marketing, etc.) was considerate, professional and respectful. I was treated like a "Very Important Person" always. I must admit initially and even now, I am surprised at the young age of all staff I met and dealt with and am just blown away by their work ethic and the way they do business - they are really good at what they do - and I cannot say enough good things about this company and these people, but I do know how powerful "word of mouth" recommendations are, and I have recommended them to friends looking to sell their homes -

I always thought these buy your home for cash deals were a scam. I Was wrong! We were blown away at how easy it was to sell our house in Texas and us being in California. It was extremely easy and there was no hassle at all. All we basically had to do was sign on the dotted line when the notary came to our house.
We got just about the price we asked for and no repairs had to be done on our part, although the house needed quite a few. I would highly recommended this service and company no hesitations. I'm very glad to give this review.

I had a lot of loop holes to jump through trying to get my home sold in a timely manner.
Maemar and Bryan went above and beyond their call of duty to help me. They were so confident of getting me exactly what I wanted for my house that they even loaned me money until I got the money from the sale. Would definitely recommend them and use them again if I ever need!!!
