We’re sorry for the confusion.
One of the bracelets you ordered was a pre-order item, which is why it hasn’t arrived yet. The good news is that it will be shipped via express delivery this Friday or Monday, so you can expect it very soon.
If you have any questions or need further updates, please feel free to reach out — we’re always here to help.

I bought two clasps for two different solid gold bracelets. The clasps I had were broken & I couldn’t afford solid gold for either of them. I received my parcel quickly & I’m very happy with my purchase. I will be buying from this company again. The quality is amazing.
