Sadly it appears you have ordered an incorrect mount, itâs not the case the mount doesnât fit.
I would suggest you have the new 2022 Tile Mate and you ordered the old 2020 holder.
They are different sized tags and the 2022 Tile wonât fit in the 2020 holder.
