Von mir keine Empfehlung

Am 29.03 Bestellung aufgegeben mit einer Lieferzeit von 8-10 Tagen. Nach 10 Tagen hieß es 14.04, nach 14.04 hieß es 17.04, gestern hieß es 22.04. Bestellung gestern storniert und heute beim FahrradhÀndler um die Ecke die vier Sachen gekauft.FÃŒr mich eine Bumsbude.

Ho ordinato un Display Yamaha x il


Ho ordinato un Display Yamaha (ORDER ID: 4521746 ) x il modello pw del 2015 ( x 94 83715-01) come publicato sul loro sito ,sulla descrizione del Display vi era anche scritto che era incompatibile con il modello 2016 ( x94 83715-10)anche se esteticamente sono uguali
Fiducioso ho aspettato il pacco x una settimana,ma quando mi e arrivato non era quello che avevo ordinato ma il modello 2016 totalmente incompatibile ( errore 15) con il mio modello di bici unico mio mezzo di locomozione ( e Senza Display non funziona il motore motore di cui io ho bisogno essendo menomato ad una gamba)
Ora io ho ordinato molte volte da siti online,e se questi non avevano un pezzo o lo avevano finito mi avvisano via email e non Continuavano la transazione,io mi rivolgevo altrove x trovare il pezzo Questa compagnia Bikable invece spedisce un pezzo non compatibile e ti fa aspettare poi una decina di giorni x il rimborso ,SENZA Chiedere NEMMENO SCUSA E FACENDOMI SPRECARE DUE SETTIMANE Senza potermi muovere ( io ho solo la bici come mezzo di locomozione)

Schöne Versprechen, kein Versand - Vertrauen verspielt

Ich habe die Favero Assioma PRO MX-1 Pedale bestellt, da eine Lieferzeit von 3-5 Werktagen versprochen wurde. Auf der Website stand Produkt auf Lager. Es wird auch damit geworben, wenn auf Lager wird es am selben Tag versendet. Leider entsprach die RealitÀt nicht den Angaben.
Das Problem:
Nachdem sich nach Tagen nichts tat, wurde mir im Chat (nach aktiver Urgenz meinerseits) hoch und heilig versprochen, dass die Ware bereits „auf dem Wagen liegt“ und definitiv noch am selben Tag versendet wird. Passiert ist danach: nichts. Der Status blieb unverÀndert auf „Bestellung erhalten“, kein Versand-Update.
Warum 1 Stern?
Den einen Stern gibt es lediglich fÃŒr die reibungslose Stornierung und die schnelle Übermittlung an Klarna, nachdem ich die Bestellung abgebrochen habe.
Fazit:
Wer sich auf angegebene Lieferzeiten verlassen möchte, ist hier leider falsch. Wenn man erst nachhaken muss, um dann falsche Zusagen zu erhalten, bestellt man das nÀchste Mal lieber direkt bei der zuverlÀssigeren Konkurrenz. Schade

Artikel fehlerhaft trotzdem diskussion

Trotz eindeutigem Bild das zeigt das der gelieferte Artikel fehlerhaft ist wir weiterhin der Tausch der Ware und die RÌckzahlung verweigert. Achtung! Bei diesem HÀndler kaufe ich nicht mehr.

es tut uns leid, dass du den Eindruck bekommen hast, wir hÀtten dir einen Austausch oder eine RÌckerstattung verweigert. Unser Ziel war und ist es weiterhin, das Problem fÌr dich so unkompliziert und schnell wie möglich zu lösen.

Daher haben wir unser Bestes gegeben, dich zu unterstÌtzen und dir zu erklÀren, wie sich der Fehler in meistens schnell beheben lÀsst. Als dies nicht funktioniert hat, haben wir dich gebeten, den Fehler per Video zu dokumentieren, da wir diese Unterlagen fÌr eine Reklamation bei unserem Lieferanten benötigen.

Nachdem du mitgeteilt hast, dass ein Video fÌr dich zu aufwendig ist, haben wir dir selbstverstÀndlich eine unkomplizierte Lösung angeboten: eine kostenlose RÌcksendung des Reifens, damit wir den Artikel selbst prÌfen und gegebenenfalls reklamieren können. Parallel dazu haben wir bereits einen Ersatz fÌr dich reserviert, der weiterhin fÌr eine Woche fÌr dich bereitliegt, bis wir eine RÌckmeldung von dir erhalten, ob du diesen erhalten möchtest.

Solltest du dich im Laufe des Jahres noch anders entscheiden, kannst du selbstverstÀndlich weiterhin von deinem 365-tÀgigen RÌckgaberecht Gebrauch machen.

Bad returns attitude bordering on illegal

I ordered Sidi winter cycling boots which were too small.
Bikable boast that you can return any items within a year.
This seems very generous.

They say you must return in the original packaging and the item must be unused.
I even checked with someone who worked there - I'm not going to use the outer box - is that ok? It's too big.
They said, of course. The box doesnt matter, just that you protect the product.

However, upon receipt of the return I was told that because the box had stickers on it, I was not due a refund. Because the box couldnt be reused.
At first I thought this was a joke. Because frankly this is illegal. I replied urging them to reconsider citing Danish and EU law. Then the message updated and now the refund will be paid in 5 days.
Unnecessary pain.
Will never order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to.
Get what you need elsewhere, somewhere that won't cause you stress if you return something.

I am of course sorry to read this review and that the return process did not go as expected.
To begin with, you were told that we could not refund the amount for the shoes, because the original box they came in could not be reused and therefore they could not be sold as new. We instead suggested returning them to you. I would like to apologize for this statement, as this is not the normal procedure.
After you contacted us, we refunded the full amount and apologized for the process. It is therefore sad that it still ends with a bad review. I have subsequently reached out to you to ask if there is anything else we can do and offered compensation.

Normally, there are no problems with returns, and of course we only want to give all our customers a good experience.

Positive experience

Positive experience. 9 orders during past year and only positive feedback. With some orders I had issues coming mostly from my side, as well as several product returns (due to shoes sizing) and all was solved in best manner.
Especially to highlight customer support team - I was always getting very quick and clear responses, really helping me.

Guter Kunden-Support

Ich habe Weihnachtsgeschenke plus zwei Teile fÃŒr mich bestellt. Da die Teile fÃŒr mich nicht passten, habe ich sie zurÃŒckgeschickt. Die RÃŒckerstattung ließ auf sich warten (ich dachte wegen Weihnachten und Neujahr kann es dauern). Am 12.01.26 habe ich den Support angeschrieben und nachgefragt. Es kam raus, dass eine Email an mich (22.12) nicht zugestellt wurde.
Der Support hat die RÃŒckzahlung gestern eingeleitet und das Geld ist heute auf meinem Konto angekommen.

Great experience with Bikeable

Ordering from Bikeable was easy and straightforward. Communication was clear and professional, and I was kept informed throughout the whole process.

Customer service was quick to respond and very helpful. The item arrived well packaged, exactly as described, and in perfect condition. Delivery was reliable and on time.

Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely order from Bikeable again and recommend them without hesitation.

Very good shop

Very great prices, fast and effective customer support, will get back most likely. However, shipping options with only 5 pick-up spots through the entire country (the nearest on is 50km away) limit the will to buy in the future. Hope it will be fixed.
