Great experience so far, really easy to sign up and the bike was delivered swiftly. Customer service was responsive when we had a small issue. Love the fact that we can easily swap to a different bike if our child outgrows this one or progresses from balance bike to pedal bike.

I have been with bike club for many years. Both my sons have had their bikes growing with them. The quality of the bikes are exceptional and the customer service is amazing. The delivery is tailored to suit you. I would definitely recommend bike club as an affordable way to bring bikes into your children's lives.

Sham did a fantastic job, our bike arrived in time for my sons birthday and after some complications with the courier she kept me update both on the phone and over emails. Thank you ever so much

Such a great idea! My son is new to riding bikes and I didn’t want to buy him a new one to practice on and then outgrow it within months….this way he can practice on a bike that is slightly too small (needed him to touch the floor) and I know within a month I can upgrade it to a size more appropriate for his height. My only issue, is the delivery company! They left it on my doorstep and didn’t bother to ring the bell. We were home, but it was outside for hours until we realised. Not happy with dhl! Bike company however is fantastic

Excellent service. I must have made a huge mistake when measuring as the bike that arrived was far too big! The team sorted replacing the bike without any fuss with only 2 days until my son’s birthday. I am so grateful and my son hasn’t been off it and can now ride a pedal bike. Over the moon.

Wanted to get a good quality bike for my kids to enjoy riding for fun and also getting around London. Quality of new and used bikes has been excellent, love the subscription model, easy exchanges, and rapid customer service. Both of my girls now love riding their bikes and it's been made so much better by them having good bikes which fit them perfectly over the last few years. Would highly recommend bike club to anyone wanting to help their kids I to cycling!

I got a nearly new bike for my grandson which is great. However after receiving it i went on the website and found it was now 50% off for the first year. When i sent them an email expressing my disappointment they immediately responded and gave me the discount. I was very pleasantly surprised but its great to see some companies arent just about profit.

Absolutely brilliant company and service. We’ve used this for my son since his 3rd birthday. The bikes are fantastic, light weight and easy to ride. We’ve exchanged bikes a number of times and as soon as he has outgrown one. It’s super easy to do and much better than clogging up the garage with bikes that we would struggle to sell or give away. We’ll use this for years to come and would highly recommended to anyone looking for a quality bike for their kids!

I've been getting bikes for a while now with bike club just now ordered 3rd set of bikes for my 2 boys and can't rate it high enough if things go wrong they are very helpful and quick to solve it the staff are kind friendly and efficient would definitely recommend this service

We have used this service for three years now and still love it. Our son easily learned to ride on their lighter framed bikes when he was just turned three.

I recently exchanged a bike which was the incorrect size, Sham helped me to find the right bike for my son (even though it was showing out of stock online) and arranged a fast free exchange so we aren't out of a bike for long!

I cannot fault Bike club at all. Highly recommend their bikes.

We love the idea of this service especially with a little learning to ride his bike and having the option to change out sizes. Unfortunately, we were unable to assemble the bike delivered as a nut was stripped - HOWEVER, Bike club worked above and beyond expectations to rectify the issue and we now have a very happy boy!

The Bike Club are always superb. Whenever I have made contact I always get quick and clear response and the issue dealt with effectively. I recently spoke with Jerome who handled an issue effectively and got a new bike shipped out much to the excitement of my son. Great team!

What a brilliant approach to bicycle ownership, especially for growing children! They have excellent responsive customer service too. I’m really grateful to them for sorting out my issue so quickly and sensibly. Only slight criticism is that the website checkout process is a bit fragile - especially if you hit the back button!

We have been using Bike Club since 2020 and they have been brilliant. Cannot recommend this service enough. It has got both our boys through their growing stages and saved us the hassle of buying and selling bikes when they grew out of them.
They’re now on adult bikes so we’ve bought those, but for those with little ones, the bike club is a really sustainable and easy way to get your kids on good bikes as they learn.

Recommended by a friend after finding that most kids bikes were heavy and poorly made, making it hard for kids to learn. Started with the Cubley 16 and have just upgraded to the Kinder 20. Amazing bikes that kids actually like riding.

We selected a pre owned one this time and looks just as good as new. Daughter loves it.
