Good place to buy gear!
Good place to buy gear especially imported ones. Mr Akash provides good guidance and suggestions related to the gear. I had ordered Sidi x power sc boots and were delivered within the promised time frame. The Shoes themselves are well made and top notch in terms of quality. Bikegear is definitely a place i would buy my next gear from.

Customer support needs to work on their behaviour for their own business
I didn't get the chance to buy something from bikegear. I enquire them if they could provide Zard exhaust for Himalayan 450 and i received great response from them on WhatsApp yesterday and i told them i was ready to place my order today. And when i contacted again today and had some questions i wanted to have clarity with, before placing the order. And they shared trustpilot link to see all the positive reviews posted here about them. I read a negative review where someone mentioned that they provided wrong product and didn't do anything to sort this.
After reading that review, i again contacted them on WhatsApp asking if in case, i receive wrong or damaged product, what happens in that scenario. All i wanted was some assurance that in case something like this happens, they will exchange it or do something to sort out this situation.
But the response i got was, "sir, if you're not comfortable, you can choose other stores to place my order."
When you run a business this big, it's your job to address all and every concern and queries someone has.
Still, i guess on some level, I'm thankful that i got a response with this kind of behaviour before spending any money and regretting about it later.

Had a great experience ordering my helmet through Bikegear.in and Akash. Everything was taken care end to end and the helmet arrived at my doorstep.
The only drawback I see that there is no way to track progress of your order. You'll have to message them on whatsap otherwise the whole experience was great.

I was looking to buy the new LS2 dragon helmet in India but sadly it was not available anywhere.

Pre-Booked, Promised, Delivered – Exceptional Experience
I had an excellent experience with BikeGear.in while purchasing my HJC RPHA 12 Toothless II helmet.
This was a pre-booked order and they clearly communicated the expected delivery timeline from the beginning. Trustworthy site for riding gears
Ordered a riding boot from BikeGear in December 2025, and the experience was exemplary. I was a bit sceptical at first to be honest. Went through several reviews and asked about the site's genuineness to different people before deciding to order.

Hassle Free purchase from Bikegear
I had a wonderful experience dealing with Bikegear in India. The company rep (Mr.Akash) was quite friendly and helped me pick out the right boots along with sizing . Since it was my first time buying Adventure boots , I needed a bit of help and he was always ready to respond. The shipment ideally takes 3 to 4 weeks and it arrived as per the timeline. Overall wonderful experience with Bikegear and will definitely recommend to friends and other rides.
