Sizing chart is useless. However when I did receive the wrong size the return process was fast and easy. I'm also very satisfied with the product itself, high quality. I would definitely order from biker universe again.

Good product! Fits well! Shipped in an acceptable time frame. We will see in time how durable this jacket is but seems well made. A bit warmer than I thought but fall is here and it should work out well.

Got the vest today, it looks awsome and fits nice.

I had to exchange a vest for a larger size. I emailed return dept, and they quickly sent me a return authorization. Mailed back vest and had the new one within a week.

Every part of the experience was good. Shipping was quick, and the guardian bell was better looking in person than in the picture.

It’s heavy duty. The armor would definitely help in a crash. It came quick. A+
