What is status of exchange?

What made my experience with Biker’s Universe OUTSTANDING was the customer care I received. The first vest that I ordered was too small. I called for a return authorization. I spoke with a live person, and he not only issued my return authorization, but he made sure I received my follow up order the very next day. Now that’s what I call service! He was very polite and extremely efficient. I will definitely order from Biker’s Universe again. I have also suggested to my friends and family members that they order from them as well.

I ordered the wrong size and returned it for an exchange for the next size. It was an easy process and I received the larger sized vest within 10 days. Very happy with the whole process. Excellent company to do business with

Returns! I have emailed twice on the returns filled out return claims called on returns an have not received no information or labels on returns.

I found the perfect Guardian Bell for my boyfriend and he absolutely loved it. He hadn't had one yet for this bike and it meant so much to him.

I bought a Vest I love the vest. It was a Little small wanted to exchange it for one size bigger, and your company ghost me. I called email no return customer service is terrible.

Company gave me the run around about exchanging vest to a different size. Have called several times to be told someone will call me back to no avail. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

The company informed me they had technical difficulties with their systems so they could not email me about my exchange order. It has been resolved now with the product. Customer service has been updated and is better than before! The product I received is of extreme quality and the price is right. I highly recommend this company and all its products.

Found the perfect biker jacket I never thought I'd own! The right size, the right look, and definitely the right price! Delivered promptly and in perfect condition. VERY HAPPY!

I am 5”10, 220lbs, more physically fit than the average 50 y/o and the XL fits a bit snug around the mid section. That said, for functional protective gear it is good and does not give way to the wind at speed. I recommend this product.
