This was an online purchase and I found the experience to be very positive. The product I purchased exceeded my expectations, the price was extremely reasonable, and everything ran like clockwork. They shipped the product and it arrived on time with no problems. I also very much appreciated the consistent message from the company that they were there if there were any problems.

Mislead in order

Mislead in order
I ordered what appeared to be a pack of 4 rubber shims, as shown in the image. When the package arrived, I received 1 rubber shim. I was disappointed in the misleading marketing and will have to go buy the 3 remaining shims from another place.
