Haha, funny you should ask! I placed my order and it seemed like minutes when I received an email confirming it had shipped. I was astounded and thought these guys are faster than Amazon! I recently inherited a pool table that has sentimental value but it needed to be recovered. Your Championship Invitational pool table cloth allowed me to accomplish this at an affordable cost. I was very pleased with the product selection and results of the project. The table now looks brand new! Overall exceptional experience with billiards.com!

I’ve always gotten great and timely service from this store. If I can get anything I need from them I do because I know it’s going to come fast and accurate. Other billiard store get my orders wrong or they take weeks to arrive. Keep up the great customer service.

Great company to deal with... my order was shipped and I recieved it and all of the products are great... I ordered a new soft case and break cue and shooting cue and everything is great....

I received what I ordered. It arrived on time and I have used my pool cue a bunch of times and am happy with the stick I ordered. And the soft case is a extra bonus especially with the little pocket that allows me to keep my pool gloves with my pool cue.

Ordered a Predator glove on Tuesday,it arrived on Thursday and I'm on the east coast. Great service. very helpful and friendly customer service. Very pleased with the Predator glove. Will be ordering from them when I need any thing.

I received my glove a few days after ordering but it had a tear in it! I gave em a call the next day and a new glove was on its way asap. It fits like a dream. Definitely nice and solid with no signs of any imperfections. Would definitely order through billiards.com again.

I've got lot of these gloves. If I didn't like them I wouldn't keep buying them. The table pool cue rest is just okay...needs to be heavier or have something sticky or clingy on bottom because it fell over several times with 3 cues resting on it. Good design however, but needs some additional work on making it stay put! I have a good idea for this but my ideas aren't free!
