Billy jeans waiste knot is troep; ik heb er geen ander woord voor. Miskoop van de eeuw.

Billie Jeans pretendeert hun producten met zorg te maken in Europa. In werkelijkheid komt het uit China en duurt verzending ruim 2 weken. Zonder gebruiksaanwijzing waardoor het me 3 dagen kostte om erachter te komen dat de waist knot ook eenvoudig en zonder kracht te openen is. Na 1 week dragen was het product zodanig verbogen dat het niet meer te gebruiken was. Ben weer terug bij m’n riem.

Als 0 sterren een optie was, dan had ik dat gekozen. De helft van mijn bestelling ontvangen. Billie Jeans kan eerst mijn juiste bestelgegevens niet vinden en belooft het later op te lossen door het ontbrekende item op te sturen, maar dat hele proces duurt nu al ruim 1,5 maand. Daarnaast is de kwaliteit van de Waist Knots die ik wel heb ontvangen teleurstellend! Absoluut geen aanrader.

Dropshipper. Tracking information is Chinese. Identical products (waist knots) can be found on Ali Express for 1-4 USD each. If you attempt to cancel or edit your order, customer support will tell you that they can't help you since your order has already been processed, even it it hasn't yet left their "warehouse" and no tracking ID has been created.

Ik wacht al langer dan twee weken op mijn bestelling. Ik lees hier dat het ook een soort dropshipping betreft en alles in mijn ervaring lijkt daar ook op. Ik krijg nu ineens een melding dat mijn adres niet zou kloppen dus dat mijn bestelling ook niet aankomt. Volgens mij wordt je hier gewoon keihard opgelicht.

I got an ad for the waist knots on instagram and looked very promising so I ordered - apart from the fact that it took about three weeks to arrive without any notifications about my shipment etc, the product is not usable due to the fact that the mechanism doesn’t work properly and you can’t open the knots without either hurting your fingers/hands or breaking the product. They advertise on their website with an excellent trust pilot rating yet when I click the link *they provide* on their website it sends me to this page with a two star rating. What a scam! I have never been burned so badly by a false product advertisement before and will stay faaaaar away from this company in the future and recommend you do the same.

Got one out of the four products I had ordered.

Apparently they sent one in one package and the other three in another package. However, there was only one tracking number and only one package arrived.

They promised to send the missing three items which hasn‘t happened in nearly two months with no further communication apart from the notice that a partial refund ‚isn’t necessary‘. Well, I would disagree.

Als ik 0 sterren kon geven zou ik het doen. Dit is één grote oplichting. Ze kopen deze in bij de Temu voor 0,99 cent en verkopen het vervolgens x10 door via hun website. NOOIT IETS KOPEN!

I placed an order on September 8 and never received it. After several emails, the support team kept promising to send it but never did. They even gave me a fake tracking link from someone else’s order. It’s a complete scam, they refused to refund me for something they never shipped!

I ordered two of the waist thingies and the quality was horrible - it looked cheap and weird and broke instantly :)

I placed a 2x1 order and received half of it after two weeks. They told me the products were shipped separately even when it was the same order. I have been waiting 7 weeks for the second product to arrive and they do not reply my emails anymore.

Their system is a mess, they do not provide an order number nor tracking information for the shipping.

At this point I consider myself lucky that I received anything at all.

Update: Received the items. Am disappointed that the customer service wasn't proactive. But the things I ordered seem to be good. A more proactive team that let you know that there are delivery problems would be a good investment.

I ordered 4 things from them on the 17th of October. On the tracker I could see nothing had been sent. After a week I contacted them and they said they were having trouble sending it. After another week I contacted them again and they said they still had the same problem as per last contact. They never took proactive action.
Now, 2nd of November, I have asked for a refund. Let's see if I get it.

Love these waist knots! Sturdy, comfy, and way better than a belt. Adds a clean, stylish touch to my jeans.

One star because you cannot give less. I ordered a simple small order and after 25 days it has not even on a tracking list yet. This is not a handmade item that takes time. Every mail you send them is answered generically but does not help at all. Do not buy here.

Als ik 0 sterren kon geven zou ik het doen. 4 weken geleden wat besteld en inmiddels al meerdere keren gemaild omdat het niet eens verstuurd wordt. Er worden excuses aangeboden, maar het is niet mogelijk om te annuleren want het zou al in het verzendproces moeten zitten 😂 achterlijk

I think it’s a scam because nothing has been shipped to me after two weeks, and at this point, nothing will probably arrive since all the reviews mention the same problem

Hier niks bestellen!
Pure oplichterij. Bestelling geplaatst en deze wordt gewoon niet verstuurd. Meerdere mails gestuurd en dan komt er een excuus mail terug met een kortingscode voor een volgende bestelling. Alsof ik daar ooit nog iets ga bestellen.

I did an order more than three weeks ago and still no news about the shipping.
Their support team is replying to my emails, but still no product.

Update
I ended up receiving the product at least a month later than order. The website claimed shipping time would be 5 days. I wouldn’t order from them again. I don’t recommend it.

Bestel hier niet! Na je betaling, wordt je bestelling niet verzonden. Niet betrouwbaar!
