Sloppy coding; and way too long to issue payments. You get a call on the first of the month you don't see pay until almost 7 weeks later. They payout 3 weeks after the end of the month. I think they are using their credit card processing account in a way that they probably should not be allowing customers to piggy back on it. They were sloppy getting me my pay; causing delays and problems in my bank account due to just sloppy book keeping etc. They are cheap sure from the others but you get what you pay for.

I'm surprised to see such a bad review for BillPerCall.com and Julian.
I used BPC and Julian for almost 7 yrs.
I never had a problem until the tech support/coding was sent to India.
Otherwise, Julian went out of his way to accommodate me and my business.
I only quit after that guy in India didn't seem qualified.
Otherwise, I would use BPC again.
And Julian has been nothing but helpful.
That was my experience.

Scam site. This owner breaks laws and encourages you to commit fraud with banks. I reported him to Federal Trade Commission and FBI. Do not do business with this company, or Julian Montoya, or the other people he pretends to be. TOTAL FRAUD RIPOFF SCAMMER.
