User friendly financial platform

I didn't know this platform before, then I came across when started working with an AI company paying through XTRM.

Honestly, I never got any problems with this platform.
I like them, the way they make things easier to manage your money.
And I also appreciate the new feature about the transaction speed, I mean when withdrawing to my Euro Virtual bank account they give me the option to choose either a free transaction fee which will actually last 5 days long, or choose to pay transfer fees to receive payment with two days deadline, but usually it never 2 days; just the days after the transfer, you receive your money.
I think they are reliable, and I recommend.

miserabler Support - Geld fehlt bis heute

Ich habe am 20.11. eine Auszahlung beantragt.
Das Geld kam nie bei mir an.
Ich habe schon zig Mails an den Support geschrieben, aber immer nur "wische waschi"-Antworten bekommen. Wir suchen noch, wir haben bei unserer Bank nachgefragt, und und und ... Die Höhe war, dass man mich gebeten hat, meine Bank um die Recherche eines XML-Codes zum Zahlungsvorgang zu bitten !!!
Ich gebe jetzt auf - der Aufwand steht schon lange nicht mehr in einer vernÃŒnftigen Relation zum fehlenden Betrag
