Ils m'ont bien conseillé pour l'achat d'une trottinette électrique, 7 mois après j'en suis toujours très content. Petit passage en réparation pour la roue avant: rapides et efficaces.

Een super aanbieding via instagram

Een super aanbieding via instagram, deze kan ik niet laten lopen.
Ik wilde bestellen, maar mevrouw wist in de ochtend niet of er nog drie invulboeken voorradig zijn. Ze zou er in de avond op terug komen, maar nu om 21.21 nog steeds geen reactie. Heel jammer, want de webshop ziet er top uit. Toch zou ik nu niet zo snel iets bestellen, mede door de late/geen reactie op de b-keuze boeken.

Surfboard order to Germany

I ordered a surfboard to Germany, due to delivery problems the package was reported lost to the shipping company after 3 weeks of waiting. Furthermore, I had to wait another week to get my money back. The communication on the part of Billy was very poor and I myself had to search for contact to get information about the delivery and finally get my money back.

Hello Patrick, thank you for your feedback, we are aware that all the problems transporting your board have caused you and us harm. Know that this is a problem that happens 1 time out of 2000 orders sent, and that we must be sure that it is confirmed lost with the carrier before refunding you. We're sorry you had to wait so long and I hope you'll have better luck next time in the next surfshop you choose.

Good price + good support + fast…

Good price + good support + fast shipment = perfect service!!

The staff here is also very nice. They offered me full and quick support on the email and the phone, they even called me from Belgium (I'm in Barcelona) -> I messed it up with the size and I had to cancel the order and had my refund in 1 day.
Later I bought the bindings again (right size now) on a Sunday and they were here, in Barcelona, on Friday. So it was really fast (even faster that some online shops that are located in Spain).
They even included black straps as I ask (I am a big fan of black staff).
For sure I will consider this shop as an option for future purchases and recommend it to all my friends, as they have really nice offers.
Thank you very much guys I am super happy with my new bindings!!
:( Now lets wait till I can ride with them.
