Hi Isobel,

I'll try to explain it one more time. This time please read it and undersatnd so you can work with me to sort this out for you as normal people would want to do surely.

The issue wasn't with the quality of the meat when it left us. Unfortunately, your parcel was delayed by the courier for three days. During that period, we experienced temperatures of around 36°C, and the prolonged delay meant the wet fatty biltong deteriorated in transit. I was not aware of this until you started messaging me....This was an unforeseen courier issue, not a problem with the product when it was dispatched.

I completely understand your frustration, but I hope you can also appreciate that a three-day delay in extreme heat is something that was outside of our control. The courier's failure to deliver on time is what caused the problem.

So please for the love of god and to stop us all wasting our lives on this send me a message on 07789755504 and let me get this sorted for you.

...Since Isabel has not bothered to reply we can all see that she is totally incorect about the fact that I was rude and did not want to resolve the issue...did not send out on Friday as it was frozen food and totally accept that the couirer did not deliver in time and therefore the food was spoilt...But Isobel cannot accept that........Shame.......Isabel you are mistaken we never send meats frozen on a Friday as they would not arrive until Monday and all food would be off...The courier delivered 3 days later and off course the meats are off and biltong as it was wet and fatty at 33 degrees heat. I have tried to tell you I am happy to refund and or replace but with you its like hitting my head against a brick wall and you are rude. I cant find the messages previously on social media but I assume you delteed them to delete your rudeness.....If you want me to help you help yourself and stop being a keyboard warrior with this post....I have reported it as well to trust pilot as you rejected my requests to help and decided you would be better served lie this. What exactly are you warning people about Isabel. I think my ratiing says it all and you are just trying to destroy a business when you can clearly see it was the courier or do you not see that? Or do you blame me becuase you think I am the courier?

You had wet fatty biltong and it was with couriers in the heat for 3 days so it would have been off so I said we would replace it or refund. The boerewors is also going to be off...Its a fact of what happens when the courier does not deliver as per next day that htey should...Cusotmer knows that...So if I apologise and say lets replace or refund that is what should happen. So Isabel why cant I do that instead of you being a keyboard warrier?

Good morning Tom

Your parcel was shipped on the 11 February and we paid £9.99 for next day delivery on a DPD delivery The tracking number is 15505351675698 and you should have had it 3 days ago

I will investigate and find out what is going on and when we do sort it I would hope you would reflect your feedback on the fact that DPD is causing the delivery delay If the parcel is lost we will replace

In the meantime Pleaee check with your local DPD depot as they may have twist to deliver and taken it back to their local depot

I will work with you to resolve this and make sure yoh do get your Biltong

I did also message but your Dublin contact number did not seem to go through I also sent you another test message this morning so we can work to resolve this with DPD

Please stop contacting my mother in law. I'm aware that you sent the biltong after I requested you didn't, as we'd gone elsewhere to purchase. It is sitting unopened, though I've had to get rid of the samoosa's as they were room temperature on arrival. I'm more than happy to return the remaining order, provided you supply the shipping label. I will not remove the review as it is an accurate account of our experience with your business. I am, however, prepared to add to the review should you persist.

The individual who has left the reviews is not the original customer but the son in law

The mail above confirms receipt of a second parcel. As agreed, we offered a full refund and additionally sent a replacement parcel, which was received. The replacement was provided free of charge. The customer will get their money back the first parcel was delivered but the customer never received

On the second parcel which was received an issue reported with the samosas; however, this did not affect the agreement, as the parcel was supplied at no cost. In fave you can read that they have the parcel So if you have it and did not pay eat it!! Why demand a return on a free product Makes no sense

Despite this resolution, the reviewer has refused to remove the negative reviews and has since threatened to post further negative reviews.

We consider the matter resolved from our side and believe the ongoing reviews do not accurately reflect the outcome or the service provided.

The person posting these reviews is not the customer, and further negative reviews have been threatened despite the resolution.
We stand by our service and our efforts to resolve this

Mistakes happen - the resolution is important and to threaten me more or not remove the review os shocking in my opinion and obviously someone who may be doing this for spite and malice Not even a thank you for free stock and only more threats
