I got an idea to get hair transplant as I was travelling to Antalya for a holiday few months ago. I contacted several clinics for a quotation as I did not have a clue what I was facing and what to expect. Bilyana stood out due to Selin´s prompt answers and thorough information she gave me. Operation itself went exactly as promised, I had my 11 year old son with me and Selin and co took good care of both of us.. Selin has been following up on me and were monitoring how the process proceeds and hair starts to grow. Its good to know Selin is a sms away if I have any conserns.

I had my hair transplant done at this clinic, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The clinic consultant, Selin, is absolutely amazing—she was incredibly helpful, always available to answer my questions, and truly looked after me throughout the entire process. The entire team was professional, supportive, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and at ease.
Now, my hair looks fantastic, and I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received. Thank you once again to the entire team for such an outstanding experience! 😃🤗🙏

My healthcare journey started in the Uk by contacting Bilyana Healthcare by email. They very quickly acknowledged my communication and switched over to WhatsApp. How easy is that ! They took care of my travel to and from the Dentist in Antalya for my initial consultation. They met me there and kept me fully informed of every aspect of my needs. I was fully at ease with the Bilyana reps. Having received a quote, which I accepted it was no trouble to sort out arrangements to have the dental work done. If you meet Selin - she is an absolute star. Very friendly - fun and reassuring at all times. Bilyana are fabulous- as are their staff. I had a follow up when I returned recently. A full X-ray - a clean up - no charge from the dental practice. How great is that !!

Absolutely amazing staff!!! Selin was my link person and she went above and beyond to make sure I understand everything! I was showered with attention and care! I couldn’t thank her enough for everything she has done for me! All the staff were so friendly, kind and attentive! I felt held and cared for! I am so lucky to have found this clinic! Selin kept in contact after my procedure to make sure I am following the aftercare guidances and that my healing process is going well. I am really happy with the results!! Ich verfasse diese Bewertung, da ich mir vor meiner eigenen Entscheidung eine deutsche Bewertung gewünscht hätte. Daher teile ich nun meine Erfahrung, um anderen bei ihrer Entscheidungsfindung zu helfen. Nach umfangreicher Recherche von Haartransplantationskliniken in Istanbul und Antalya entschied ich mich spontan für die Bilyana Klinik in Antalya. Ohne persönliche Empfehlung begab ich mich dorthin und traf auf Selin, die nicht nur als englische Dolmetscherin fungiert, sondern auch als engagierte Betreuerin, stets bemüht, alle Fragen zu beantworten und das Wohl der Patienten zu gewährleisten. Beim Termin lernte ich die Geschäftsführerin Çiğdem Evli kennen, eine strahlende, hilfsbereite, bemühte, freundliche Persönlichkeit, die sofort Vertrauen schafft. Ich plante eine Haartransplantation für Kopf- und Barthaar. Während der Vorbereitungen stellte das Team fest, dass meine Anästhesie nicht wie erwartet wirkte, obwohl ich weder Alkohol trinke noch rauche. Das Team gab mir Zeit, um zu entspannen und die Wirkung abzuwarten. Nachdem klar wurde, dass nicht der gesamte Spenderbereich schmerzfrei war, entschieden wir, zunächst nur den Kopfbereich zu behandeln und den Bart zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt. Dabei wurde mir ein Teil der Kosten erstattet, was zeigt, dass das Wohl des Patienten oberste Priorität hat. Das gesamte Team war äußerst professionell. Ich danke dem Team für ihre hervorragende Arbeit und ihre unermüdlichen Mühen.
Abschließend sei angemerkt, dass es vielleicht nicht strategisch klug von mir war, diese Bewertung zu teilen, da eine höhere Nachfrage die Preise steigen lassen könnte. Doch jeder verdient eine faire Chance und hoffentlich hilft euch meine Bewertung bei eurer Entscheidung.
Ich weiß, dass es voreilig ist, diese Bewertung zwei Tage nach der Transplantation zu schreiben, ohne auf das vollständige Ergebnis zu warten. Doch unabhängig davon, wie das Ergebnis nach 6-12 Monaten aussehen wird, möchte ich betonen, dass das Team sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben hat.
Ein letzter Tipp von mir: Meidet das Falcon Hotel in der Nähe, da dort nachts riesige Kakerlaken auftauchen, die man schon als Haustiere halten kann.

For anyone that’s on the verge of getting a hair transplant this is the place to go! I’m from Manchester in the UK. I had my hair transplant just over a week ago now and had a great experience. The staff are amazing and keep you in the loop of what’s going on and how it’s going. Spotlessly clean clinic and great service, especially from Selinn who has great English skills and is an all round lovely person. The aftercare has been great with Selinn asking for updates regularly. Thank you for everything to the team at Bilyana, I wish you all the best!
