A special thank you to Dr. Seda Erdogan for the amazing facial treatment. She treated me beautifully with so much care, kindness, and professionalism throughout the whole experience. I felt very comfortable and truly well looked after.
She even came personally to say goodbye to me before I left — such a lovely lady and a truly special person.
The results were excellent, and I am already planning to return for my hair treatment soon — I just need to choose the date!

Ich hatte eine Faltenbehandlung mit Botox an der Stirn und Hyaluron um den Mundbereich. Das Ergebnis der Hyaluronbehandlung ist absolut in Ordnung, aber bei der Botoxbehandlung der Stirn ist das Ergebnis mehr als schlecht. Die Zornesfalte, die eigentlich weg sein sollte, ist immer noch vorhanden, dafür hängen die Brauen und die Lider extrem. Der ganze Blick sieht streng und leicht böse aus. Die durch die Behandlung entstandenen Schlupflider sind extrem. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht. Im Vorfeld wurde behauptet, man mache das -zig mal am Tag und sei erfahren. Davon habe ich leider nichts gemerkt. Die Clinic mag eine Expertise für Haare haben, aber wer eine gute Faltenbehandlung möchte sucht sich besser einen anderen Spezialisten.

I visited this clinic last month for mole removal. From the beginning, a non-specialist staff member provided a price for all moles without the doctor seeing me. During the doctor’s examination, I was told “it’s not as extensive as described,” yet the price remained the same. This in itself raised concerns about transparency.

I specifically requested that the moles under my breasts, which were causing discomfort due to bra underwire friction, be removed. The procedure was done in that area, but not all of the moles were fully cleared. Even though only a month has passed since the procedure, I am still experiencing pain from friction in the same spot, and it is clear that some moles remain. In other words, the area causing discomfort was not fully addressed.

When I raised this issue, I was told “the tiny moles may have grown; we can assist with pricing again.” It does not make sense to claim growth in just one month. Discussing additional costs for a procedure that was incomplete is unacceptable. I expected a solution, but the approach I encountered was disappointing.

Additionally, I was very concerned to learn that the doctor contacted my sibling and shared information regarding my medical procedure, as well as attempting to create pressure related to the complaint I posted here. Sharing details about my treatment with a third party without my consent is a serious breach of patient confidentiality and privacy. This behavior is not appropriate and undermines the trust that should exist between a patient and a healthcare provider.

Geçen ay ben aldırma işlemi için bu kliniğe başvurdum. En başta doktor görmeden, uzman olmayan bir kişi tarafından tüm benler için fiyat verildi. Doktor muayenesinde “anlatıldığı kadar bir durum yok” denmesine rağmen ücrette herhangi bir değişiklik yapılmadı. Bu durum bile başlı başına soru işaretiydi.

Özellikle göğüs altındaki, sütyen balenlerinin sürekli sürtünmesi nedeniyle beni rahatsız eden benlerin alınmasını açıkça ve özellikle belirttim. O bölgede işlem yapıldı ancak benlerin tamamı temizlenmedi. İşlemden sadece bir ay geçmiş olmasına rağmen hâlâ aynı noktada sürtünmeye bağlı acı yaşıyorum ve bazı benlerin durduğu net şekilde görülüyor. Yani sorun yaşadığım bölge tam olarak çözülmedi.

Durumu ilettiğimde ise “minik benler büyümüş olabilir, tekrar fiyatta yardımcı oluruz” denildi. Bir ay içinde büyüme denmesi bana mantıklı gelmedi. Eksik olduğunu düşündüğüm bir işlem için yeniden ücret konuşulması kabul edilebilir bir yaklaşım değil. Ben çözüm beklerken, karşılaştığım tutum hayal kırıklığı yaratti.

• Nurses Nurşen and Beyza – these ladies have the patience of saints! Sorting each and every hair follicle.
• And a special thank you to Serkan, the guy who handled everything for me personally. From the initial consultations to checking in during the procedure and post-op care, he put me at ease every single moment. His friendly, reassuring manner made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel relaxed and straightforward.
What really stood out was how the whole team made it feel like it was all about me. They dedicate their full attention to one patient at a time, spending the entire day ensuring everything is perfect. No rushing, no assembly-line feel – just genuine care and expertise.
The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and located in beautiful Antalya (although a bit wet this time of year), which made combining the trip with a bit of recovery time even better. The results are already looking promising, and I’m excited to see the full outcome in the coming months.

I attended SE Hair Clinic last week for a DHI hair transplant whilst on holiday in Antalya.

From the beginning I found Serkan, the Patient Co Ordinator really helpful and encouraging regarding the hair transplant which put me at ease.

When I attended the clinic, I met Dr. Seda ERDOGAN who was really warm and friendly and explained the procedure.

As I needed the maximum number of grafts, it was a long day but they made sure to stop for a lunch break and even provided lunch. The Patient Co Ordinator also checked in continously throughout the day to make sure I was okay and happy with the procedure so far.

Overall, this clinic was really friendly and professional and specifically thank Serkan and Dr. Seda ERDOGAN for their amazing customer service!

Post op, I'm amazed by the results, I've a head full of hair and the clinic ensured I had all the medications and lotions to ensure a full recovery.

I had my first hair transplant at a different clinic last year but wasn’t happy with the results so I came to SE hair clinic for a 1000 hair graft top up using their latest procedure and the results are just perfect! My hairline is much fuller and they gave me all the proper after care that the first clinic didn’t provide along with plasma treatment and vitamins and a neck pillow! The team are so friendly and made me feel at ease! Oh and what a beautiful view from the treatment room, looking over the beautiful Mediterranean Sea!! I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Thank you for everything guys!! You’ve made me a happy girl!!!

Beautiful hairline, painless transfer (recommending everyone to use sedation method for narcosis- you will be conscious and sleepy during the operation, time will pass super quickly and for next few days will have pretty much no discomfort).

Выбирал между Стамбулом и Анталией. Остановился южном варианте, все же хочется ещё погулять на теплом солнце и искупаться.
Начал выбирать клиники в Анталии.
В итоге осталось 4 претендента.
SE Hair Clinic находилась в середине. И это правило никто не отменял - золотая середина денег и качества.
+ рейтинг на гугл отличный.

Написал в клинику по вотсап. Отправил фото, затем небольшой диалог.
Запросил слоты через 3 недели.
Выбрали и пожали руки.
Общение по вотсап очень удобно и информативно.
Много написано на сайте, но формат вопрос-ответ все же лучше.
Когда приехал- встретил главный врач. Осмотр и сделали разметку.
Операция длилась 7 часов, за это время персонал был внимательный и чувствовалось поддержка и профессионализм.
После дали рекомендации. Но поддержка по вотсап стоит намного дороже!! И лучше.
Огромное спасибо Серкану, который и находится по ту сторону вотсапа.

Итог: профессиональная команда, которая знает свое дело.
Этой клинике можно смело доверять.
На здоровье не экономят !

What a brilliant, professional and friendly service! I couldn’t be happier with the way my transplant was handled by SE from initial conversations (and ongoing support) with Serkan, the clean and friendly atmosphere in the clinic, to the great work done by the doctor and her technicians. If I could rate them 10 out of 5 I would.

I recently had a hair transplant at SE Clinic, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience, thanks largely to Serkan and Dr. Bilge Sena Torosoglu. From the very beginning, Serkan provided excellent service—friendly, helpful, and supportive every step of the way. If it weren't for Serkan’s professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond, I would have likely chosen another clinic.

On the first day, I realized I had only brought half of the payment, unaware that the clinic had a strict policy requiring full payment upfront before the procedure could begin. Serkan immediately stepped in, advocated on my behalf, and made alternative payment arrangements so that I could move forward with the treatment. His efforts were nothing short of extraordinary, and for that, I am truly grateful.

Dr. Bilge Sena Torosoglu was also incredible throughout the entire process. She was extremely gentle, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Her expertise was evident, and I felt well taken care of from start to finish.

It’s now been over three weeks since my procedure, and Serkan continues to provide support through WhatsApp, always available to answer questions and check on my progress. This level of post-treatment care has been outstanding.

I highly recommend SE Clinic, especially if you have the privilege of working with Serkan and Dr. Bilge Sena Torosoglu. Their dedication, professionalism, and care make all the difference.

This is my second visit to SE Hair clinic, unfortunately the first time last year i had to cancel the transplant one day before due to urgent circumstances back in the UK.

SE Hair Clinic, was fully supportive and stood by their word that it was not a problem a see you again.

4 months later, I am back for my actual hair transplant. Was picked up by the VIP transport.

Was looked after very well for all stages of process from Consultation, explaining exactly what the process / procedure will involve and after care and what post operative support will be given.

I recommend Seda Erdogan, Bilge Sena Torosoglu highly for their professionalism, the actual work from the team was highly outstanding. This is just day 2, I feel great, and i'm ecstatic with the work that has been done.

Lovely views from the location. Fully supported throughout the whole procedure explained everything. Clinic very professionally and clean and all staff most friendly. Aftercare was just as impressive with pictures advice and videos etc. The procedure did. It hurt and every step explained carefully. Could not get full graphs from my head so was very honest and explained to achieve best results that the front would be better doing properly using 2500 graphs. As a result they gave me free a whole hair kit for improving growth in other areas and were very honest all the way through. Serkan was brilliant all the way through from WhatsApp responses to support all throughout the process so thank you ☺️

SEhair Clinic were supportive before the process. When I arrived there was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. The building was very clean and modern. The staff were all friendly and very honest.
I got support after my treatment and I got after care products which they let me pay when I arrived home via bank transfer due to not having enough funds on me.
Overall I’m very happy with the procedure I had. I have had many barbers compliment my hair transplant and said it’s the best they have seen.
I would highly recommend this clinic to other people.
