Just a heads up to everyone please be careful buying from this seller. I placed an order and received items, but they were completely wrong and not what I paid for. She has deliberately sent the wrong items so they can be marked as delivered so it looks like orders are being fulfilled when they’re actually not correct.

Strongly Recommend Avoiding BIMS BEAUTY!!!

I strongly advise against ordering from BIMS BEAUTY based on my recent experience. I placed an order on February 16th and, despite paying for express delivery, I have yet to receive any confirmation that my order has been dispatched.
Communication from this business has been inadequate. My attempts to contact them via email have gone unanswered, and the only responses I have received have been through their Instagram account. Unfortunately, these responses have been inconsistent and, at times, misleading. I have repeatedly had to chase updates regarding my order, which ultimately resulted in being provided with an incorrect tracking number.
It is particularly concerning that, while the business remains active on social media platforms—frequently posting promotional content—it appears unable or unwilling to fulfil existing customer orders or provide accurate and timely updates.
Overall, this experience has been highly frustrating and disappointing. I would urge potential customers to exercise caution and carefully review feedback before considering a purchase.

WARNING: Do not order from this business. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order. Once this seller has your money, the communication stops and you will not receive what you paid for.

She will claim that she will shop your order, but there are no updates, no tracking, and no product ever arrives. When you try to follow up, she goes completely silent.

Asking for a refund becomes another struggle because she avoids taking responsibility and makes the process difficult instead of simply doing the right thing.

It’s extremely disappointing trying to support a small business and being treated like this. Save yourself the stress, time, and money and order from a legitimate company instead. She is a FRAUD

I placed my order on 21.01.2026 and received it on 02.02.2026 — with no tracking information or dispatch update at all. There was zero communication about when the order was shipped or when to expect delivery, which is already very disappointing.

To make matters worse, when the package finally arrived, items were missing. I made a complaint immediately on 02.02.2026, the same day I received the order. Up to now, the issue has still not been resolved. I requested a replacement, but I have not received anything, nor have I been given any clear update. At this point, only God knows whether this will ever be sorted out.

The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency in resolving customer issues is extremely unprofessional. Customers deserve better service and proper follow-up when things go wrong. Very disappointed.

As of 12 February 2026, I had not received any shipping confirmation, tracking number, or the goods I ordered. After multiple emails, I was only told that the order had been “shipped,” but no carrier name, tracking number, shipping date, or delivery proof was provided.

I formally withdrew from the purchase and requested a refund. Instead of resolving the issue, the company failed to provide verifiable shipment details.

Due to non-delivery and lack of proper communication, I have initiated a formal dispute with my bank under “Goods Not Received.”

I expect either a full refund or proper proof of shipment.

Ordered on Black Friday and I live in Ireland which is quick shipping, advertised as dhl fast shipping but it’s Evri. Bims had not created a shipping label until the 13th of December when I messaged her. It is now the 20th of January and it has not still been shipped out. It is difficult to get a response and it was a Christmas gift. Ive been so patient . For your sanity please avoid if you want peace. I hope I can find a reputable seller in future. I have no choice but to post my experience and report the business and hope to grab their attention and recieve my package.

I placed an order at the end of December and have still not received my item. I have contacted the seller three times via Instagram and each time was told I would be updated, but no update has been provided and the parcel has not been dispatched. This has been a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Imagine you've been saving money for weeks, the day finally comes when you hit order, and then it’s been about 4 months and you still haven’t received your hard earned package. Bims, I am writing this for you to send me my package or tell me where it is for the love of Yah. My emails keep getting ignored and I am beyond disappointed by the lack of care and communication.

This scammer has reported a few negative reviews as defamatory just so trust pilot can delete the negative reviews LOOOOOOOOL! That alone is fraud

For those who have not received their items, contact your bank and request a charge back! Your bank will automatically refund you

They’re so kind, customer service is a 10/10, they revived my skin that have lost hope on, I gave up so many times and thought what are these girlies doing right and I’m not,before I gave up I made a decision to try one last time and I saw her video on my fyp. I bless the day I texted her. I’m the happiest in just 6 weeks😭cause imagine next 3 months and 6 months🥹also they make the appearance of my big stretch marks blend into my skin in just 3 months!

Honestly I’ve ordered from other vendors but I can say this vendor has to be the most efficient and reliable . I got my order before the estimated date . I was told throughly how to use the products to maximise my results . Coming from Nigeria you experience vendors who just lie to get sales but Bims is NOT like this ! She has a loyal customer for life 🥰!

I came to Bims due to having loads of problems with my skin etc scarring, dark spots and ever since I had my consultation with her it has improved tremendously 💕💕💕💕i highly recommend her products you can’t beat feeling good about your skin honestly! My self esteem is through the roof now

I did a consult via IG with Bimsbeauty and got product recommendations. I placed my order on the website when I was visiting the UK and it arrived on time before i travelled back thankfully. I had a great experience with my order so I ended up ordering again a few months ago and once again everything went smoothly. Great customer service especially if you’re unsure of what products would be best for you
