I’ve been buying from bimsbeauty for over a year now and I’ve never been disappointed. The product works really well and the consultation really helped me choose what was suitable for my acne prone oily skin. My skin was very dull before buying products from bimsbeauty and ever since I’ve started my skin is vibrant now and good delivery time as well. I definitely recommend

If i could give zero i would. Don’t risk losing your money by ordering from here. They are scammers.

Delivery was completely unacceptable. The site says 3–5 working days, but that’s not true at all. Communication was terrible and I wouldn’t order again.

As all the other reviews here say. You will not receive your products on time maybe after a month(if you are lucky). You are better off ordering your skincare straight from Nigerian skincare vendors in Nigeria. Check social media and comment to make sure they are reliable they are 1/3 of the price of what bims charges and the longest you will wait to receive your products is maybe 2 weeks. I have a theory that this is the exact same thing bims does and that is why people take so long to receive their order I would avoid this business at all cost it’s genuinely not worth the stress they will cause you. And they will also ignore your emails if it inconveniences them. Report their bad practices everywhere Instagram,facebook,Shopify,TikTok etc..

Placed an order last Thursday, paid extra for next day delivery - 10 days later no item delivery and ignoring my emails asking for clarification on what is going on

Because of this, I would recommend that future customers proceed with caution and ensure they feel confident before purchasing

I love bims beauty. Their products are the best. I use to have pigmentations and uneven skin tone until I discovered bims beauty products. Now my skin tone is even and I don’t have any pigmentation. People comment on my face and body.
I RECOMMEND Bim Beauty products and a trial will convince you ❤️❤️❤️

Absolute joke.You spend your money on buying items, pay for shipping that claims to deliver your items within 2-3 working days, and then have to wait 2 weeks for your items to come.... that's a joke! No refund, ignored emails, and time wasted.

I didn't want to give this business a bad review, because I've had decent experiences with them, but as of recently this business is giving SCAMMER BEHAVIOUR.

I will never go to anyone else! I love that she does a detailed analysis of your skin and recommends products for your specific skin type, because she doesn’t recommend the most expensive but what you need😍 Bims goes above and beyond with customer service and I know if I text her I’ll get a good response and solution! My skin has drastically improved and I’m excited to share my results in a few months time☺️ the prices are good and I would definitely recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟I’ve been a customer for almost 4 months and I am very satisfied because I can actually see results! 🤩

scam, she doesn’t ship your order and blocks you - don’t buy from her

I placed an order with BimsBeautyLtd on the 6th of April and, as of today, I have received nothing. No product, no shipping update, and not a single response to my emails.

I’ve tried reaching out to Shopify (since they run their store through that platform), but was told to wait 30 days — which is absolutely unacceptable. This company has taken my money and completely ghosted me. There is no excuse for this kind of behavior.

I’m writing this review to warn others: avoid BimsBeautyLtd at all costs. Based on my experience, they are unresponsive, unreliable, and potentially scamming customers. I will be pursuing a chargeback to get my money back.

If you’re considering ordering from them, I strongly suggest you don’t. It’s not worth the risk.
