i loved bingo Maina but with the new site they are not being true, they say free spins everyday but for the last weeks all they do is put funds in slot jackpots that's not free spins. and now play thru harder?? After being on this platform for over 10 years, as a VIP this completely changed the experience and made me feel pushed out rather than valued as a longtime player.

I have been a member of BingoMania since 2004 and never had any issues with wagering requirements until recently. After years of playing normally, I was suddenly accused of “bonus abuse” and a 10x wagering requirement was placed on my account. I want to be very clear — I never knowingly abused any system or promotion.

What made the situation even more frustrating was the inconsistency. I spoke directly with a manager about the wagering requirement, explained my concerns, and they temporarily removed it so I could cash out. However, after I deposited again, the wagering requirement was suddenly placed right back on my account.

That is what made this feel unfair and targeted. If the requirement could be removed once, then clearly it was not some fixed system rule that applied equally to everyone. It felt like the rules changed depending on whether I was winning.

To put it into perspective, a 10x wagering requirement on a deposit and bonus package can require thousands of dollars in gameplay before being able to cash out. After being on this platform for over 20 years, this completely changed the experience and made me feel pushed out rather than valued as a longtime player.

I eventually requested that my account be closed and my personal information removed, but even after multiple requests, I continued receiving promotional emails.

I’m disappointed because I genuinely enjoyed the site for many years, the chat hosts, and the community. But the way this situation was handled destroyed my trust in the platform.

I have never seen such a fix site. You can tell how your numbers are falling and how on a lot of occasions only a couple of people are winning. After my money runs out that is it for me on this site.

I have been a loyal bingo mania customer since 1996. In the first 30 years I never had a problem with withdrawals until now. I have been waiting for a month to withdraw $256 that I won. I do not know how to use bitcoin which was their only option to withdraw at the time. I wish I would’ve known that before I deposited any money because prior to the update that they did I always got my withdrawals via MoneyGram or a check. Why would I assume that there was anything different going on? Well today is day seven after they finally added two new withdrawal methods. The one I chose was a bank wire transfer submitted all my information and proceeded to wait for my money to show up in my bank. Today is the seventh day since they approved my withdrawal and I was just told that none of the bank wire transfers have gone through. No one emailed me no one let me know that no communication whatsoever. If I ever get my money, which I am doubting at this point, I am done with bingo mania for good.
Update: three weeks later, I still have received no withdrawal from them.

I have been trying to deposit several times but, with all the information they ask for, I have submitted. I even bought bitcom at their suggestion. My driver license was bad enough but, asking for my SS# is a bridge too far. Not in the shape the world is in these days, will I ever give my SS#. I will instead, take myself to an actual bingo hall.

Bingo Mania despite saying that all my account information would be transferred over to the new site and not to worry everything will be intact ! Well that isnt exactly the case here, someone changed my account from a regular account with not having to meet a play through to a bounus acct with a play through balance . They want me to complete a play through of over $13,000 I never asked for any bounuses when making deposits this information should have been provided at the very start , but it was not !!!! ...I have been a player here for over 20 years. I sent 3 emails and still no return answers ...I feel like I have been taken advantage of .

I used to like bingomania, but after the new update I will be moving on. They didn't keep any of the old slots. I dont see a information page about payout rules. Everything just seems so incomplete and the site is so slow. It was good while it lasted. *update* site seems to be updating with the features that made it enjoyable again. *update 3* site has went right back to having issues. Won a bingo game didn't get the money. Customer service is useless and email is down. If it wasnt ready it should've just stayed down.

I had previously wrote a review for them but wanted to update . I have been playing for weeks, spent thousands of dollars , no real winnings and still have an almost $100 balance owed to me I went to their site today , it's not working and when I contacted customer service they said they don't know when it will go back up. Or if it ever will. Then when I responded to the two emails , they came back like everything is shut down . If anyone else has outstanding balances owed to them , a class action lawsuit should be looked in to . A supposedly reputable business can't get away with taking users money . I was told by an affiliate site they removed themselves from the network . I really liked playing on Bingo Mania , customer service was always helpful I'd just like to know when I will get my balance that I was still playing paid to be while they work on their site or if it's like a 24 hour closure ? Users need some information .
UPDATE!!!: I just received an email letting users know of website improvements they are doing , so I will come back to post a 5 star rating when I can log on . But, if it's longer than 24 hours they should refund existing balances until play can happen again .
