I ordered 2 packs of 5 Ltr bib bags on Sunday 1st Oct from their website. A package arrived today Thursday containing one pack of 10 ltr bags.
When I phoned the company I was given an apology and informed that two packs of the correct size would be delivered on the agreed day and the wrong delivery would be uplifted on the same day.
Though I had been inconvenienced I was asked to give up my card number for a second time before this process could be started.
I objected strenuously to giving up my card to guarantee an exchange made necessary by their error. I was offered then to receive my original order without giving up my card number only after the company had uplifted the delivery made in error. This was merely going to add further delay to a bagless situation so I agreed to give the card details.
I think that this was a wrong position adopted by the company. It was a straight exchange and there was no need for the insistance on having card details for a second time. The company did not help me as a result of an error caused by them.
