I decided to trade binary with this platform after I deposited a total of $320. after losing about $10, I wanted to pull out as the loses were inconsistent.
Binomo restricted my withdrawal citing that there was a suspicious activity on my account. How come will that be from an account I have lost -$10.
We had many back and forths with the support team. They kept sending the same mails and finally sent a mail my account has been blocked.
My account balance is $310 plus a few cents. And I don't have access to it nor has it been returned.
Please avoid this scam broker. I will report them to higher regulations till I get my funds.

I can't understand why this company allows you to deposit on your account with a method and when you want to withdraw it tells you that the method you've used to deposit is not available in your region for withdrawal so to deposit with another method before.

I'm a Gold client of the Binomo brokerage. After being a client for a few years, I never had any problems with Pix withdrawals. They were quick, taking between 3 and 7 minutes. Manipulation in binomo
You need to be cautious when investing on Binomo. There's a high risk of manipulation. I placed a trade of â¹100, which failed, but my balance of â¹612 was reduced to zero. Customer service was of no help.
All the information along with screenshots has been given to Binomo's customer support but no proper response has been received from them.
Update- The Binomo technical team resolved my issue on September 30th. For some reason, my account balance had dropped to zero, but the money deducted from my account has now been refunded. I have no complaints with Binomo.
